So the packaging was very good. Solid carboard and the bench was cradled safely in the box. The bench arrives folded and all you have to install are the rubber boots on the legs. Upon lifting the box I thought to myself that it is quite light. The bench is built well and the legs unfold quite easily. The weight limit is 650 lbs but I have not tested that limit. I weigh 225 lbs and it seems to hold me well without showing signs of buckling. It's solid for a folding bench. The only con that I have encountered so far is the vinyl cover. It seems a little thin and frail. I am sure that something as small as a key can rip into it. It would be costly to have it wrapped again. It would also be an eye sore if it was all ripped up. This may be a show stopper for some so be aware. I'll update this review in a month or 2. I gave it 4 stars because of the light weight vinyl covering. ... show more

I bought this workout bench primarily for sitting while doing dumb bell curls. It has 4 rubber feet on the base that’s said to prevent it from moving. I also have it on a rubber workout mat and it doesn’t move at all. It’s a pretty good bench but it doesn’t have much cushion for the bum. If you’ll be doing excersises that require extended sitting times, it will become no bueno. For me, it actually works out perfect. I also love how it easily folds up for easy storage.
