I have no problem with this product. Like it very much. It is my second purchase from this vendor. The problem was with the delivery. It was left at the wrong location. This umbrella surpassed my expectations! The quality is fantastic and the color is deep and rich. I ordered the navy one and it is a true, dark navy. The fabric is a wonderful weight and the construction is truly top-notch. I can't believe the price for such a well-made umbrella! This is a great company to order from. I am updating my review. After 6 months the umbrella faded and looks awful. I guess you get what you pay for. Originally I ordered the FLAME&SHADE 7' Patio Outdoor Umbrella. It broke the second time opening it. Do yourself a favor and order this instead. For only $20.00 more it is a much more substantial umbrella plus had a crank to open. I have only had it a few days and will see how it holds up but honestly it looks as nice as my friends umbrellas from Frontgate at almost 8X the price. The canvas is a beautiful shade of Navy and nice and heavy. the velcro straps make it nice and easy to secure. ... show more

One of the metal poles is just bent in half. I have opened this umbrella to use for shade no more than four or five times so far this season and there has been no storms or no wind to cause this kind of damage…just a cheap product and waste of money.
