When I purchased it, I did so because the container looks like it has a clear transparent plastic and when I received it, to my surprise it was not clear or transparent... It's a light , almost white color it's hard to see the eggs. As far as it's function goes I've had a really hard time keeping the humidity at the right level , it's almost like the humanity percentage it shows is wrong. And it fluctuates drastically for no reason. Iv only had it for 20 days and my chicks are barely starting to hatch. I don't believe I will be able to use this for a second time being unable to regulate the humidity.

The media could not be loaded. This incubator has been one of the best purchases we have made. For the price, it is absolutely worth the money. We have used other incubators before, but this one stands out because it gives you so many useful features in one machine and actually delivers great results. What we really love is how flexible it is. The fact that it lets you choose what you are hatching is a huge plus for us because we are doing both ducks and chickens. We put our duck eggs on the top layer and our chicken eggs on the bottom, and it handled both very well. Everything felt organized, easy to manage, and much more convenient than some of the other incubators we have used. Another thing that impressed us was the hatch rate. After day 18, we stopped the turning, unplugged it, and removed the rollers from the bottom section for hatch time. From there, the results were incredible. We ended up with more chicks than we knew what to do with because the hatch rate was that high. It honestly exceeded our expectations. The automatic turning, humidity display, temperature control, and incubation day counter all make this incubator feel much more advanced than its price suggests. It takes away a lot of the guesswork and makes the whole process easier, especially if you are running a larger batch of eggs and want something that feels dependable. It has the kind of setup that gives you confidence instead of making you worry every day. My only complaint is that I wish the egg checking light was stronger. It does work, but I would have liked a brighter candling light for checking development more clearly. Other than that, I really have very little to complain about. Overall, this is a 9 out of 10 product for us, and since Amazon does not have a 10 out of 10 option, it absolutely earns 5 stars. You really cannot go wrong at this price. If you are looking for an incubator that offers great value, strong hatch results, and features that make the process easier, this is a fantastic choice. For anyone wanting to hatch more seriously and move toward a more professional setup, this incubator is a great step in that direction.

Got it set up and tested it with some chicken eggs, most have hatched 4 weren’t fertile and some I did forget to refill my water bottle so that’s on me for not keeping up with the humidity. The only things I’m not too happy about are the eggs sometimes shift down the rollers even with their tips in the manual so maybe a guide to divert that and a water bottle isn’t provided but you find one that works pretty easily.

I purchased this incubator at a price that’s neither too cheap nor too expensive for a model that is supposed to hold 120 eggs. The shipping was very fast, thanks to my Amazon Prime membership, and I received it the day after I ordered it. However, once I unpacked and assembled it, I noticed that one of the water containers was missing; I only got the cap, not the actual reservoir, which is a big minus. The assembly is not too difficult, but it lacks an instruction manual; it requires common sense and some basic knowledge of assembly, which could be really hard for someone without experience. Additionally, the incubator has two levels, but accessing the eggs is very difficult; you almost have to disassemble it to check the eggs on the lower level. Another problem is the lack of visibility; it’s hard to see the eggs to confirm if the rotation system is working properly. I can’t yet comment on the incubation efficiency because I just started the process, and I’ll have to wait the full 21 days. Overall, I’m not happy with it; especially since the top cover, which houses the fans and heating, doesn’t fit well onto the frame. It just rests on top loosely, with no secure system, so a breeze or bump could easily knock it out of place, risking the temperature. There are no secure latches, so it’s a big negative. Because of all these issues, I can’t give it five stars; I’d give it just two stars.

Not as expected at all. The pictures look like it is clear but it is not. It is very hard to see inside without taking the lid off. The instructions were terrible. We had to figure it out on our own. The rollers are terrible. The roll the eggs all together in a clump. The temp & humidity are not stable throughout the machine. It is very hard to lift the lid and top level by yourself. There are wires that keep you from moving it easily. We have love a lot of eggs due to this machine. I will definitely be sending it back.
