We are 100% pleased with this purchase. I found many umbrellas for a lot less at my local grocery store and retailers close for half the price. I wanted umbrellas that could sustain a lot of abuse and use. After reading many of their reviews I decided to go with Flame & Shade. #1- their follow up and checking in was spot on. They emailed me to let me know it had shipped and they would check in a week once I received them. Both umbrellas arrived in sturdy packaging and was very easy to install and place in patio pool tables. They were easy enough for me to do it myself. You can see on my photo where they are both on the far left and right of the pool area. Crank is very smooth, they are very sturdy and with winds up to 10-15 miles they did fine. Our first rain shower hit pretty hard on Sunday for about 45 minutes. No high winds but hard rain and the umbrellas did not leak. Can only attest to the 45 minutes for now. Customer Service followed up again to be sure we were pleased with them and we definitely are. I would reccomend this company and buy from them again. The tilt is a great feature that many of the ones half the price do not offer as well as many close by at discounted prices were only 9 ft not 10. The 10 ft are perfect. Thank you Flame & Shade. You have another happy customer.

Fantastic umbrella for the price. Need to get a stand to go with it, but it’s easy to put up and take down. Provides a lot of shade. Can adjust the angle as the sun moves during the day to keep the shade where you want it. Overall great purchase.

These are 3rd pair I’d ordered and REALLY like these. Color is great (taupe) and just what I wanted. 7.5ft are light enough for me to move around to shade where I need it. Cost was quite a bit more but worth it to get something I’m happy with.

I purchased 2 umbrellas in beige recently. Can't comment on how well they will hold up over time, but I can comment on the following: Color is good - medium tan. Very good quality - sturdy heavier weight canvas and sturdy metal/aluminum pole that is dark brown in color. Good size - 10 foot. Crank mechanism operates smoothly and works well, as well as the tilt function. I believe the umbrellas will hold up for many years, when cared for properly. I highly recommend the umbrellas from this company, and would purchase again if need be.

After returning 2 lousy umbrellas from Walmart, I did a lot of searching for one that would fit our needs. My requirements were: 1. Larger than 9 feet 2. At least 8 ribs 3. Neutral color 4. Crank opening 5. Tilt capability 6. Attached strap to close it securely 7. Didn't want to pay an arm & a leg for it. This umbrella arrived quickly in a box. This one does not come with a cover. but that wasn't as important as the other things I wanted. This works great. Perfect coverage for our table & chairs and it works smoothly. We are very happy with this umbrella. UPDATE 2 YEARS LATER: This was a great purchase. We have had it for 2 years now. It still works great and looks great. SO happy I chose this one.
