This has made me realize I’ve been missing out my whole life. This one will eventually be moving to the half bathroom as soon as I upgrade to a fully loaded bidet seat cover. Now that I know how great a bidet can be I’m shopping for one with the heated water and air dryer! This product specifically is very barebones. That is not a negative though because it’s a great value for what it is.

This is a very easy to install and it is very adaptable to different toilets. The way it is designed, it will probably fit any toilet. It is very easy to adjust the install position. It is very thin. The operation is very good. You can get the water where you need it and the pressure is great. A very good Bidet that works great!

The installation parts are sketchy at best. Very poorly designed and a lot of fittings are just thrown together in order to attach it to the water line. The one adapter they came up with has two check valves inside of it. The geniuses that assembled these adapters put the check valves in backwards. I bought two bidets and had to remove the internal lock ring and pull the check valves out. I discarded the cheap valves and assembled the unit without the valves. I do not recommend these bidets and would not buy again.

This is not my first bidet; I've been using them for over a decade, and I must say that this one from Waterpik is without a doubt one of the finest in terms of design, water flow, and ease of installation. The design is extremely stylish and doesn't take up much room. I didn't need to read the instructions because I had prior experience installing other bidets; however, for those installing a bidet for the first time, the included instructions are descriptive enough to make the installation process very easy. I appreciate that I can adjust the angle of the spray nozzle.

Waterpark BeWell Bidet. On the install, everything was easy until I got to the T adapter. It came with a flat washer to attach to the flush valve instead of the industry standard cone washer. Couldn't get it to stop leaking! These fittings are supposed to be installed finger tight and not leak. After multiple install and uninstalls, (about an hour and lots of water on the floor) I finally twisted the fitting hard enough with a liberal coating of silicone grease on the washer. I was afraid that I would break the plastic flush valve with the stress required to get the fitting tight enough. I guess the manufacturer saved maybe 5 cents by using flat washer. I'll pick up the correct part next time I'm at a plumbing supply or I'll just return the item. If you don't recognize the terms I'm using in this review, you probably need to have a plumber do the install for you. He'll probably have the correct part on his truck. Update: I decided to return the item. The water control knob has 2 pressure stops. The first one just causes water to dribble out of the nozzle shield. The second stop shoots water out. I am guessing that it is probably the built-in backflow preventer, but not sure. I purchased a different brand, and it also had a flat washer for the fresh water connection.
