The installation of the shower head was not as easy as it should have been because it someone may have tried to install it and couldn't before I received it. It was easy to install and using my step ladder to give me easy reach made it more simple. There was a leak initially, so I went back to read the instructions. I realized that I had not included a washer at the shower head connection. Once I added the washer (as instructed) it worked perfectly.
