The media could not be loaded. I've bought the 10" square brushed nichel version. I can say that the water pattern is very consistent and in a directional spot, not all over the shower. I love the rain shower head, easely adjustable in any direction. The hand-held shower thing has about 7 different spraying patterns, from soft and delicate to massage. Also it comes with this top-side power wash function, very useful for cleaning your shower cabin. So far, we are very happy with it. How long is it going to last?! Only time can tell. On the "less positive" side: 1. The instructions are very vague, but if you've done stuff like this before, you can figure it out. If not sure what to do, call a plumber, let him loose his brains on it. 2. My second photo shows the main connection. You need a better teflon tape. What they put in the box is a joke. No wonder there are 3 rolls of that cheep tape. They call for 12 turns of their teflon tape, at least!!! I say get a better type. HD/Lowe's ones do much better. Only need about 5 turns (HD). And YES!, that connection needs... I repeat NEEDS a rubber washer (also in the kit). The instructions say you don't. Trust me! I just finished the install on a second one. The same issue. Just add the rubber washer AND the teflon tape and there will be no more leaks. 3. On the 3rd photo, I tried to show the connections that do NOT need the rubber washer (it is already in place on the hose connectors. Again, the instructions call for it, but you don't need it. UNLESS you decide to use any water restrictor (included in the kit), based on the area where you live. You may have to comply. Or not. Your choice. Finally, I made a short video presentation that should speak more than a thousand words. Conclusion: I would definitely recommend this kit. All those flaws are minor, nothing to affect the quality of this product or to stop you from a great shower experience, which you will have every time you step into that shower. Worth the investment to me. I hope it'll be a great experience for you too.

Yeeesssss. This is exactly what you hope it will be. Sturdy metal construction, beautiful design and an impeccable shower experience. I replaced my 6" downward curve shower arm with a 3" straight shower arm before I installed it based upon another review and I 100% recommend. Even if you're renting, the shower arm replacement is easy and reversible and so worth it. It gives it a much more polished less cobbled together look. The extra height without an extension arm is really gracefully executed, again without looking slipshod. I've had double shower head set ups before but even the higher priced brands are so much plastic, which ultimately looks and feels cheap. This is mostly metal with the exception of the handheld. Even the handheld really has a nice look to it though. I've never had a rain shower head and it's an absolute delight. There is something about water falling down instead of shooting out that is just a different shower experience altogether. I was really hesitant about buying this because it's a pretty complex item to purchase from an unknown brand but this is spot on and I'm glad I bought it. One learning curve thing was that to adjust the angle of either knob, you have to kind of pull it outward first. Once it slips apart, you can adjust angle, push it back in and tighten it in the new position.

I would give it 5 stars if it was more efficient. The hot water runs out way faster, even just using the main shower head. BUT, it’s very nice, good quality, good water pressure, installed in just a few minutes, and even came with a bunch of spare replacement parts. It’s a great product!

I don’t usually leave reviews, but this shower head absolutely deserves it. I bought the Hibbent All Metal 10’’ Rainfall Shower Head Combo to upgrade my bathroom without doing any major plumbing, and it completely exceeded my expectations. Installation was super easy—no tools needed—and everything fit perfectly onto my existing shower arm. The water pressure is amazing. The rainfall head gives that full “hotel-style” coverage, while the handheld has multiple spray settings that are actually useful (not just gimmicks). I love being able to switch between them or use both at the same time. The build quality feels solid too. The extension arm is sturdy and lets you adjust the height/angle exactly how you want, which made a big difference for me. The matte black finish also looks clean and modern—definitely upgraded the look of my bathroom instantly. Overall, this is hands down one of the best value upgrades I’ve made to my home. If you’re on the fence, just get it—you won’t regret it.
