Both the rain shower head and the extension arm are well made. They are fairly solid with brass fitting. While the instructions are not great, it is still fairly easy to install. It is nice they provided the plumbers teflon tape and plenty of it. The installation was fairly fast and I had no leaks from the start. The transfer valve is very solid and works smoothly. I am very happy with the construction of this part. It would be nice if it had a position to shut off but as that was not in the description, it is not a mark against this product but just a wish list if the manufacturer reads the reviews. The handheld unit is not nearly as well made as the shower head and extension arm but it is about normal for these products. One note, I ordered my system in brushed nickle but the hose to the hand held is in chrome. A minor point but it in brushed nickle would have been nice. I noticed a lot of other people that commented on this with photos attached it to the base bent arm from the wall. I thought that looked a bit odd so I purchased a short straight arm https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07W9CH3ZN?psc=1&ref=ppx_yo2ov_dt_b_product_details to replace my bent arm and I am happy with the look. Used it 4 days now still no leaks and love both heads. Can't wait to shower every time now. We don’t have great water pressure and the rainfall head still works. Easy to install and shiny and mirror like. The gold is definitely more yellow shiny than brass

The media could not be loaded. I never used a rain shower head before, just wanted full body coverage while in my shower. It was extremely easy to install with good directions. The quality of this unit surpassed anything I could have gotten at a box / home improvement store. To come close I was looking at 300$ and up. I've had this for about 2 1/2 months with no issues. The water pressure is AMAZING, but Im emptying my water heater within 20 mins so I put the regulator on to conserve and still have great pressure. The hand shower is just as powerful, good selection of settings, very sturdy and 💕 the long hose. I mainly use the hand wand to rinse/clean my shower and wash my dog. I have used both at the same time and find it does maintain functionality slightly less pressure. I absolutely love the curve design of the arm, it absolutely makes a huge difference when adjusting the rain head. I have been looking for a unit like this for over a year waiting on my home to be built and Hibbent hit all must haves. 1) 10 year warranty 2) ALL METAL build 3) High pressure (not a drizzle shower) 4) $200 or less Now as far as the wand holder, there are many ways of attaching it without drilling holes. I used the 3M Velcro picture hangers to temporarily attach it to the wall until I know for sure where I want to hang it or if you are renting these worked well. Size- I highly recommend doing some measurements and taking notes on how your current head disperses water. I have a 6' x 4.5' shower and decided to go with the 10in square. I'm glad I took the time to evaluate my needs and space as the 12in would have been to big. All in all I'm loving my new shower and so happy I decided on Hibbent. ... show more
