It really is a piece of cake to install. They even give you a small piece of nylon tape for the threads. The distribution of the water is very nice, like a rain shower head. In fact, it looks almost exactly like a smaller version of the matte black rain shower head in our master bath which was a real plus...they look like a matching set. That translates into really great coverage of water on your body. The shower head it replaced had maybe 7 nozzles shooting every which way. This one has about 50. We also like the range of motion and can point it almost straight down for the best pressure or shoot it around to rinse down the shower stall. As far as pressure goes, we have decent pressure coming from our well. Compared to a Delta faucet in our old house, which had an adjuster to really crank up the pressure, this one is just "ok". It's better than the faucet we replaced by a mile. But I would give the overall pressure of the fixture a 4/5 even with all the flow restrictors and the mesh filter removed. For the price? I think it's worth it and bought two others for our guest bath and the J&J bath after my daughters tried it out and liked it. ... show more

This was such a pleasant upgrade to my old apartment, shower head! It feels like I’m showering in the rain! I love the chrome look and it even works well with my shower filter! FYI, make sure to use the gauze tape also around your shower filter if you have one, to avoid leaks! The pressure is great since I read the comments before installing, and made sure not to install the pressure control. And yup, you all were right! Perfect pressure! No leaks! Hopefully this will last a long time, and if it doesn’t, I’ll report back and update this review! ... show more

I am very impressed by this showerhead. I would rarely feel the need to leave a review on a showerhead, but this one is very nice, especially for the price. For a majority plastic head, this is impressively great quality. It feels good in your hands and really feels durable. I have had Delta showerheads that were may more expensive and felt way worse. Absolutely would recommend. I even used it on a rainfall showerhead and it works beautifully. It replaced a 12in showerhead and provides much more pressure but still offers good coverage. I have been trying shower heads for months and most of the larger shower heads had bad coverage or bad pressure. This 6" rain shower head has checked all of the boxes. We swapped out the low flow screen with the 2.5gpm gasket. My wife has thick hair and hates most rain heads. She is in love with this. I am thinking of trying out the 8" for more coverage on the additional head in our large shower. We have both the 6' round and 8' square Sparkpod shower heads. They are very easy to install. It takes about five minutes or even less. For the sake of being cheesy, a monkey could literally install this product. We love them both. However, there is a little difference in the two. The 6' round head delivers higher water pressure, and the 8' square head has a more luxurious feel to it. My wife has a really thick head of hair. Many, if not most, shower heads are incapable of thoroughly rinsing out shampoo and conditioner from her hair. So she prefers and loves the 6' round shower head. She says it's the best she's ever used because of how quickly she is able to rinse her hair. On the other hand, I have stereotypical short guy hair. So I care more about how the shower head feels. The 6' is great and does have a massaging quality to it, but I prefer the wider spray of the 8' square that covers my entire body at once. Anyways, both of them are great and really comes down to a preference thing. I would guess women would enjoy the 6' round the most because of all the hair they need to rinse, and guys will probably like both. ... show more

The showerhead arrived on time and as advertised. After watching a quick video I went ahead and installed the showerhead. The installation was as easy as advertised. No tool was needed, it was a simple matter of screwing off the old showerhead and then screwing on the new showerhead. I had just had work done on my bathroom shower/tub area so I didn't even need to change the plumber's tape that was on the pipe extension where you screw on the showerhead. My only complaint is that the stream of water coming out of the showerhead may not be enough for me and I may have to take the showerhead back off and take off the water restrictor that comes already installed in the showerhead. It's easy and simple to take off but I'll try this way a few more times before I make that decision. ... show more

The installation was exceedingly simple, in particular since I have a charcoal filter on my shower already. The box provided teflon tape for the thread-seal, too. We have relatively low pressure in our home, so the alternate flow restrictor is what I went with. Pressure is perfect, my hair is cleaner, and the shower is satisfying. My wife likes a higher pressure, smaller head shower, typically and this is still strong enough for both of us. Very happy. Would buy again. ... show more

This really is a fantastic shower head. It's large and provides a lot of coverage. I removed the water pressure gasket to get great pressure. Originally I hesitated to purchase because I was concerned that there were no adjustable settings but then I realized that I never changed settings on my current shower head.
