UPDATE: After reading my review, the seller contacted me and offered me a full refund on the product! The refund was processed immediately with an apology for a "lousy" experience. Honestly, it wasn't a lousy experience, I just didn't like the product. I am so impressed, what amazing customer service. You just don't get service like that anymore. I'll definitely consider their products in the future. I wanted so much to love this. It's beautiful, it was easy to install, the range of motion is great, but the pressure and the stream aren't great. Even with the higher outflow filter, the pressure still wasn't great for me. But my biggest problem was the stream. The holes are too small making for a very sharp stream. It actually hurts to put my face under it, it feels like little needles hitting my face. I've been having issues with our shower low water pressure for a while now. I've tried different low water pressure shower heads and it never worked. I recently purchased the SparkPod shower head and WOW! This shower head really works. We loved it so much, we bought a 2nd shower head for our hallway bathroom. This shower head is a must buy, must have. Just make sure to remove the water flow resistor from the shower head (The instructions will explain) and "Voila" higher water pressure. ... show more

Had to persuay the 7yr old girl to get a shower. After she's in I hear laughing in there. I'm like what are you laughing at. She says...it's tickling my head and feet. I love it. I said good you're the first to use it. She says it's like a big rain storm but harder. Fast fwd a few hours to the woman using it. She gets out and says omg I love it. It's like a spa now. This came in an actual installation kit with two pressure reducers- one meeting the current low pressure regulation and the other meeting the one from years ago- the good ‘ole days. I have had the worst time with finding a replacement shower head for my old reliable waterpik. This time I abandoned the dual showerhead/wand idea and just wanted something that had good pressure. This was a top pick on Amazon and had so many reviews I figured for around $30 I couldn't go wrong. One thing is the super easy installation. They tell you to watch a video online but the video is 30 seconds. Basically screw off the old one and tape the pipe (plumbers tape included) the screw on the new one. Another feature is they offer you the standard 1.8g water restrictor already installed but they also give you a 2.5g restrictor in case you want it a little stronger. They also offer the suggestion you take out the restrictor entirely for full blast. It is easy enough to try all three versions to see which works best for you. Changing the restrictor takes about 15 seconds at most. I was going to go with one of the super popular less-than-$10 models but with the thousands of good reviews I figured "splurging" would not be a bad idea. I took out the water saver and it delivers a powerful spray of water that leaves me feeling exceptionally clean.
