I've missed having an option for a handheld showerhead for a year or so, so I had this item in my cart for a few weeks. It had very high reviews and an insanely low price. You really can't beat this thing for when it's on sale for under $40. It's great. Easy installation. You really don't even need the instructions if you've installed a showerhead before. Very simple. It looks great too. I've had this so far for less than a week. Only 2 slight drawbacks. 1) as a few others mentioned, the knob is sort of placed weirdly in the middle of the showerhead to switch modes and switch to the handheld. Sorta odd that you have to reach in the middle of the main head to change it with water splashing everywhere. 2) the handheld feels very cheap. Yes, it is lightweight and works great, but it does feel like if you drop it or bang it against the shower wall, it would cause damage. I would have preferred it being made of stronger/thicker plastic. Also I wish it was easier to slide and clip into its holder after use. Those were just my issues but minor ones they hopefully will improve on in the future. But really I am happy I bought this and like I said, it's hard to beat the price. I've had way more expensive showerheads that last only a couple of years that have developed cracks where the seals are. So at under $40, this is an amazing value. ... show more

Wow great shower head unit and with the hand held wand as well. I love the ease of adjustment for the different rain settings, fine spray is my favorite, fine with jet, and jet by itself. The wand is awesome with the fine rain setting and then it also has a high flow flat setting that's great to wash out the shower floor or rinsing the walls when I spray for cleaning. It's dark almost black but, it's not black as I wanted but, it's so dark that you can't really tell along with the rest of my shower fixtures that are matt black. it's just fine. it was easy to install and make any adjustments. ... show more

Super easy installation even for us ladies who aren't very handy-like. The water pressure is just fine with the regulators left in. That could be different at various locations but my pressure is good. Some reviews said it looked cheap. I personally disagree. I got the chrome one and it looks good.     • FAVORITE shower head of all time!

I ordered a second in case this ever wears out, so I can pop on a new one. LOVE this! I've had multi-setting showerheads for years, but really only find a favorite setting and rarely if ever change it. This has four settings, and I use them all every day. The main "rain" setting is perfect, then a twist of the knob gives you a row of six "power" jets. The handheld wand has a "comb" setting which the Mrs. likes for her hair. Then there's the "waterfall". When I was running through the settings I thought I'd never use it, it's a flow pattern unlike anything I've ever seen and it looked kinda weird. I probably wouldn't have tried it, but I selected it by accident trying to activate the comb. OOOH MY GOSH! Hit just right on a sore shoulder, exactly what I needed. Turn the heat up a bit and run the waterfall over your head. Fabulous! This showerhead is crazy wonderful! ... show more
