I purchased this seeing the "returned often" notice as finding polished brass items are difficult to find. After assembling and using this product with and without water restriction I can safely say this is a good product that does what it says. Assembly is fairly straightforward, and teflon tape needs to be used on every connection. I was able to get everything connected and working on a 7ft high standard shower arm in about 30 minutes. My biggest worry about this product was my height, as I'm 6ft tall and I didn't want to have to duck under the head. Thankfully it clears my head by about 6", but that's mostly thanks to the height of the shower arm. After adjustments from the standard shower arm bend, the shower head will sit horizontal about an inch lower. So something to factor in before purchasing. The extension arm that comes with the shower head and runs from the distribution valve at the end of wall arm to the head itself is about a foot long. It's core purpose obviously is to get the shower head as far away from the arm as possible, however the best seated possession for the arm is angled slightly lower than the distribution valve. If I configured the arm downwards, or even completely horizontal, I would barely be able to clear my head unfortunately. There is almost no wiggle room for the shower head to remain completely horizontal if you angle the arm upwards at all, which is what I had to do. My shower head stops just short of being completely horizontal because of the angle I have to put the arm at in order to clear my head. If you are 5ft 5inches, and your shower arm is 7ft, then you can configure this shower head in a more ideal angle. I'm actually going to look into aiming my shower arm upwards to give me extra height and a better configuration for this shower head, but that is more of a plumbing level adjustment, and not recommended if you don't know what you're doing. As for the water flow, it's pretty crazy without a restrictor. Feels great, like a heavy duty rain shower, but It empties all the hot water out of my tank in about 20 minutes or so. I have since configured it with a 1.5 gallon per minute restrictor, which now let's the hot water last almost an hour, and thanks to the wide shower head still gives really good coverage even with the loss of water pressure. The hand held shower head unrestricted is like a pressure washer, I put a restrictor on it almost immediately. Unlike the shower head and its immediate components which are all solid metal, the hand held is completely plastic, and very lightweight. The diversion valve that switches water between the shower head and the hand held is proof to be too high up for a shorter person. It might be better to angle the valve handle down instead of up like I did. If you plan to leave the hand held without a restrictor, make sure you revert the valve back to the shower head after shutting the water off. Depending where the hand held is pointing, it could cause some water accidents if the water is diverted to it when turned on. If you have a 1.5 to 2.0 restrictor however, this shouldn't be an issue. I recommend this product as it does work for 7ft or higher shower arms, and with how it's configured, if I ever decide to run the water lines into the ceiling, I could use this same shower head for a ceiling drop down configuration. 60% of my reason for ignoring some of the short comings and sticking with this product is because of the polished brass color. There just isn't a large selection for this specific color.

This is one of the best shower heads I've used! Pressure is phenomenal, it's easy to set up, easy to use and easy to clean! I love it so much I bought a 2nd one, but the bigger version this time! I highly recommend. It takes the existing shower heads weak pressure and amplifies it to the max. It was very durable as shower heads go. The hand held provided rockets of water that left my skin smooth and free of any dirt. It was strong enough to even clean the whole shower without a scrubber. Highly recommend this product!

I loveeee it ! Me and my fiancé has it set up as a double shower so the smaller head is placed further down in the shower ( would recommend getting a longer hose for it but the one that came with is is just fine ) pressure is surprising really good ! Even with the rainfall shower head on at the same time . It’s feels fancy and nice ! It fit my shirt good just a little heavy , heavier than I thought so I have to get have it higher just because of the pipe lay out in my shower . It’s sturdy and stays on tho ! No problem only a small little leak but I figured it would only because of the cheap pipe tape it came with ( recommend getting a better one ) other than love I love it !!

I am absolutely stunned by this shower! For the price, I wasn't expecting something that felt high-end or that was mechanically perfect, but I wanted to switch out our tiny apartment showerhead, so I figured I'd give it a try. Let me tell you: I was blown away! First, the shipping was immediate. I ordered it at 9pm and it arrived at 6am the next morning. Second, the materials all feel very well constructed. There's a mix of plastic and metal, but it doesn't feel cheap. I was pleasantly surprised by this, and it made it feel a bit more expensive. Third, the installation was incredibly simple. Now, I will say, I am an interior designer and am very used to installing things such as this, so that may have helped. But, even if it is your first time installing anything and you have limited knowledge, the included instructions and tools make this easy. Everything you need (and plenty of replacements/extras) are included. It took me about 10 minutes before I was able to enjoy this! I will give this warning: make SURE you have tightened each section as far as it can go. I didn't quite get it tightened enough, and the weight of the shower head pulled the arm down and nearly knocked my partner out. Not a product defect - just me warning you! The water pressure through both heads is unlike any shower I've had before. It feels like I am at a tropical resort! The rain head releases a lot of water, but it doesn't feel like soft rain. It's more like an actual waterfall - so relaxing! It's also very large at 10", when most rain heads are only 6 - 8". The handheld is very powerful - it immediately hit the back of the shower and got water everywhere! I recommend setting the flow to more rain head and less handheld for the perfect balance. The included hanging component for the handheld is surprisingly strong. It is mostly plastic, but the sticky side adhered immediately to the shower and can't even be moved. Make sure it's exactly where you want it when you place it! But, I appreciate that because I've had plenty of showers before that the holding piece constantly falls of the wall when wet and eventually can't be stuck back to the tile. You won't have that issue here. All in all, I am thrilled with this purchase! For only $46 I feel as though I've gotten a $500 shower. I love it so much, I made my aunt and my parents buy one for their showers. Perfect for homeowners and renters alike! This designer would give this product 6 stars if I was able to!

I purchased this product interested in the waterfall head with the handheld as well. I asked my son to install it but got tired of waiting on him so I installed it myself. It was SUPER easy. One of the most helpful things of all to me was the instructions specified to use 6-8 turns of the teflon tape (which was included!) on each connection. I have NEVER seen anyone give that specification and was always left wondering how much was enough. Now I will know. I am not a plumber or a handyman. It was such a super easy install with everything included. I appreciate the quality of the diverter. I have had plastic ones in the past that were so flimsy but this one seems good quality. The handheld shower seems cheapy plastic but I did not expect super high quality for the price. It will get the job done and I have been impressed with it along with the holder that sticks on the wall. I love how you can adjust the angle of the hand shower as the holder tilts. I have never had a holder like that before and I like the method. It took me a minute to figure out how it installed as there were some extra stick on wall hooks that were included in the package and I thought somehow they were related as there were no instructions about the holder but the hooks were just a bonus. You just peel off the covering on the adhesive and stick it where you want it. I kind of wished I would have raised it slightly higher on the wall but that's on me. This method is miles above the ones that attach the handheld to the shower pipe as it doesn't create extra weight and stress and strain up there. Also, it makes the handheld more useful to me. I have used it even more than I expected. The waterfall piece is thin and light. Not sure how it will hold up over time but we are enjoying it for now. I went for this larger one. One of my only disappointments is not thinking through the adjustable arm and that the width of the waterfall piece doesn't allow me to have the arm up at full height and the waterfall completely flat. I wanted the adjustable arm to raise the height of the shower in my super old home where they put the pipe WAY too low. It's too low for me at 5'8" and my poor over 6' son was really having a time. This one raises it up enough, however, in spite of the issue mentioned above and it is just slightly angled to give us the greatest height vs angle combination. I like the adjustable arm. I am totally happy with this set up. It was great value. My biggest sadness is that it seemed to only be available in this chrome finish. I would greatly have preferred a brushed finish to better coordinate with my brushed nickel faucets and not show water spots so badly but I am content for the function and the price.

Had issues getting the rainfall shower head attached successfully without leaks. The threading appears to be off and even after replacing the Teflon tape several times and trying again we were still unable to get a leak-proof seal. My boyfriend is pretty strong but it still took him 15 minutes and a tremendous amounts of pressure just to get the shower head on completely 85%. You’ll see where we used an adjustable wrench to tighten it because the one that was sent did not fit this fitting. Even if it did, it wouldn’t have with stood the pressure and torque needed to tighten it. The one we used ultimately stripped the powder coating off, which caused cosmetic issues (very annoying). As others have mentioned, the hand held is made of low quality plastic but the rain shower head feels to be made of a type of metal and feels a bit more durable. I’m not sure if the powder coating cause some additional issues with the threading due to the attic thickness. We will likely return this one and purchase another product if the seller doesn’t resolve.

Love the size and adjustability of this system. I was concerned that it might be too heavy and place undo stress on the existing pipe. Last thing I need is to hear a clang on the. The sound of running water in the middle of the night. So I found nothing in the existing reviews about that scenario so I made the purchase. The assembly is actually very lightweight considering the size. It’s super easy to install- they even include a very cheap “wrench” in the kit. The biggest thing (for me) with regard to installation was to get enough of the included teflon tape on the threads to get a good seal. I had to take everything apart 1x before I got it right. So once it was installed I found out how enjoyable it is, we purchased the 12” version and it is oh so nice. The flow is wonderful (I didn’t install the flow restrictor) and all of the jets do push water out. The rainfall head is nice also in that not only can you adjust its tilt up & down but also side to side. I adjust it side to side when I’m done so that the next time it doesn’t spray outside the stall. The handheld nozzle is super powerful and in spite of its lightweight feel does the job quite nicely. So the only thing that I’m disappointed in or upset about is that the pictures show both heads being used at the same time, I found that to not be “doable”. Maybe if the flow restricter had been installed - maybe not. The last thing that I didn’t think about was the location of the switching valve. It occurred to me as I installed this was that my wife is short and I was concerned that she wouldn’t be able to reach it. Thankfully she can and I dodged that bullet.

It took me about 30 minutes to set this up, and installation was straightforward. The rainfall head gives wide coverage and really makes the shower feel like a spa, while the handheld sprayer is convenient for rinsing and cleaning. On some settings, the spray isn’t completely even and can drip a little. I’m not too bothered by the occasional dribbles, but my wife notices them more. Overall, it delivers strong pressure, feels like a spa upgrade at home, and is simple enough that when we move next year, I’ll be able to reinstall the old shower head in our rental and bring this one with us.
