Overall, I’m pretty happy with this purchase. It was fairly easy to install and is functioning perfectly. Everything except for the handheld shower head and the adhesive holder for it is made of metal. It’s definitely not a very high end product, but it feels like it’s well made. I have not had any issues with leaking whatsoever but I would highly recommend using a real wrench rather than the one that is included. I don’t think you could really get it tight enough without an actual wrench honestly. Pros: All metal components, easy to install, clear instructions, everything is included, functions as described (it’s really nice!!), very easy to adjust the angle of both shower heads and switch between them, you can use the handheld at the same time as the larger one, high enough pressure to effectively clean the shower if you have good water pressure and do not install the restrictor, excellent distribution of water. Cons: there is one spot in the center of the large shower head that is receiving much more pressure than the others if it is level (horizontal to the floor) however, as long as it is tilted slightly, the water pressure is evenly distributed and I don’t see it as a big issue. The hose could be quite a lot longer- honestly, if it had another foot or two that would be so much better but it works well and maintains high pressure even when both the rain shower and handheld are being used. The included wrench isn’t sufficient to tighten the joints, so you should have your own. Conclusions: I overall really love this! It is so, so much better than the crappy one that was installed in my apartment and I just feel like a handheld shower head is essential for anyone who has long hair. It’s also great for quickly cleaning the shower before you step out so no soap scum accumulates. The square rain shower (10”) is plenty large enough and much more comfortable/ pleasant than any standard shower head. I don’t get cold as easily because the water is distributed over a larger area. The rainfall effect is great, because it’s very gentle and if you need more pressure, the handheld can be use simultaneously. So, so much better than what was installed originally. My water pressure was already good and I didn’t install the restrictor. I’ve had it for over a week and no issues with leaking whatsoever. It’s really important to use the included tape as instructed and *a real wrench*. I definitely recommend this product for the price point. In the future, I may invest in a more expensive option,

The media could not be loaded. It took me about 30 minutes to set this up, and installation was straightforward. The rainfall head gives wide coverage and really makes the shower feel like a spa, while the handheld sprayer is convenient for rinsing and cleaning. On some settings, the spray isn’t completely even and can drip a little. I’m not too bothered by the occasional dribbles, but my wife notices them more. Overall, it delivers strong pressure, feels like a spa upgrade at home, and is simple enough that when we move next year, I’ll be able to reinstall the old shower head in our rental and bring this one with us.

You know how, a lot of the time, you see claims about this or that giving incredible water pressure vs the competition, and it's always just kind of the same across the board? Not this bad boy. Holy toledo, they were NOT kidding about the water pressure. Please understand that I mean this as a compliment; it is like I've installed a carwash in my shower. You can turn it to half-rain, half-shower nozzle and still have great pressure out of both. Turning it fully to one or the other gives you about twice as much pressure as before. Plus, as a renter, I need a product that is easy to install and uninstall if I move, which this product somehow also manages. Genuinely, I would recommend this product to anyone. I will be recommending this product to anyone. Hell, Im recommending it to you too, reader. Its worth the money, get it!

I just bought a house and it had an old shower head with one narrow stream of water coming out so I wanted to upgrade but not spend tons. I have a lot of hair so washing it I wanted the right amount of water coming out. This one is amazing !!! Didn’t hurt the pockets and feels like a dream spa at home. My boyfriend tells me I am taking too many showers because it’s just so relaxing with the pressure and amount of water that comes out of it. Plus the handheld makes it easier to get different settings of pressure or washing off rest of your body. I highly recommend and I have been to all my friends and family. 100 out 10!

The media could not be loaded. Had issues getting the rainfall shower head attached successfully without leaks. The threading appears to be off and even after replacing the Teflon tape several times and trying again we were still unable to get a leak-proof seal. My boyfriend is pretty strong but it still took him 15 minutes and a tremendous amounts of pressure just to get the shower head on completely 85%. You’ll see where we used an adjustable wrench to tighten it because the one that was sent did not fit this fitting. Even if it did, it wouldn’t have with stood the pressure and torque needed to tighten it. The one we used ultimately stripped the powder coating off, which caused cosmetic issues (very annoying). As others have mentioned, the hand held is made of low quality plastic but the rain shower head feels to be made of a type of metal and feels a bit more durable. I’m not sure if the powder coating cause some additional issues with the threading due to the attic thickness. We will likely return this one and purchase another product if the seller doesn’t resolve.
