My shower was previously turning brown and pink from the iron and rust in the water, and that has not happened since installing this. I live in Florida & recently moved to an apartment where the hard water has been damaging my skin & hair. I only used once so far but my skin doesn’t feel dry and chalky. I was able to actually comb through my hair, and it doesn’t feel like straw. Easy to hook up, the directions are specific.     • Too Huge!! Leaks after 3 months!

Pro: I had a hard time deciding on how to rate this because although it did work well once I had it on the shower, it is too huge to point down where I am standing because the handheld hose it is attached to hits the shower wall and I need the longer hose more than I need the filtered water. There isn't an attachment to fix this issue so now the water spray splashes over the shower curtain if I leave it in the holder. I can only use it when I take it out of the shower holder and hold it in my hand. Problem with this is that I only have one hand to use while I try to shampoo, rinse the soap off of my body and it's annoying! That said, if the shower neck was longer it might have worked for me. I rent, don't own my place so I'm unable to alter what has been installed by the apartment owners. I do like how my hair shines and is fluffier for several days now so I kept it. It requires purchasing more filters for when it clogs up with hard water minerals though so not sure it is worth spending more money on it at this time. My overall body skin doesn't feel as tight or itchy when using this gadget, but I always lotion up with BOOMSILK Moisturizer afterwards anyway so again, mixed feelings about this AquaBliss High Output Revitalizing Shower Filter product. Updated: April 18, 2024 - Unfortunately it now leaks in the middle of the filter so I am NOT replacing it. I have purchased a different one, but haven't installed it yet so stay tuned for a review on how that one works after I test it out. Con: In order to use it at all I have to reduce the amount of water pressure coming out of my Water Pik shower head to minimize the splashing effect because of being unable to fully position it. Can't recommend it unless you have more room between the shower wall and the shower neck attachment. ... show more
