I'm sending them back. They do not have the sound quality I expected (especially when streaming music). The right side drops out when making adjustments. Cannot complete the hearing assessment, right side never gets tested.

Decent aids for the price. App works well and easy to use Bluetooth. Battery life is not what I had hoped for. Some days have to charge twice. They do charge quickly though.

    • OTC hearing aids are problematic.
Bluetooth works sometimes and other times not so much. I talked with customer service because my hearing test would not go beyond frequency number one. They told me it was the problem with my $1,200 Samsung phone. They suggested that I exchange it but Amazon has no more so they said order one from us and cancel your and return your Amazon order. ... show more
