These are good hearing aids -- they are programable, phone and streaming linked, and rechargable! I'm a senior with moderate high frequency hearing loss in one ear a severe loss in the other. My good old Oticon OPN1 aids died on me recently after many years (top of the line prof aids). I bought these Li+ aids because I could afford them, and I could reprogram them myself to the same frequency response curve of my old Oticons. After charging them per instructions I immediately linked them to my smartphone and, using their App, reprogrammed them to my specific hearing loss in each ear. It took less than 5 minutes, and their performance matches my old aids perfectly. These new aids have all the mode options for quiet vs noisy environments, except that they lack a directional microphone setting, which I can live with, and they worked well for me in my 1st noisy restaurant experience last night. These aids are a great value at their price point compared to professional brands trapped in the proprietary audiology industry. They even come with their own built-in hearing test in their App, and it includes a simple procedure that almost every senior can perform on their own. These hearing aids are a godsend! I couldn’t hear very well before and I couldn’t afford prescription hearing aids either. These were at the right price and addressed all my heating issues and are just as great as prescription hearing aids. They connected via Bluetooth to my iPhone flawlessly. Everything is crystal clear. I’m hearing things I’ve never heard before. The app was super easy to navigate and get the hearing aids set up. They’re durable and easy to clean and fit my ear well.     • Customer Service is great, but hearing aids have problems.
See updated review below: Quality is OK, but a practical problem with using these hearing aides ruins them. Walking around my house with these aids in my head creates a problem. When out of range of my phone or computer (both of which are Bluetooth connected), the hearing aids announce the message "Disconnected/ Connected" in my head. In order to get the devices to stop saying "Connected" "Disconnected" in my house, I had to delete or uninstall the software from both my affected devices- Iphone and MacBook. I doubt this is what they had in mind when you advertise "Bluetooth Connected". In actual fact, the "Disconnected/Connected" intrusion makes the Bluetooth feature more of a negative than a positive. Customer service actually called me over my problems. The new generation product (expected about March, 2026) will have connectivity upgrades that will fix the problem described above. The new, upgraded hearing aids will be offered to registered customers with a credit of the original cost of the older models being applied to the new ones.
