My mom really loves these hearing aids—they’ve honestly made such a difference for her. The noise reduction is amazing. Even when we’re out somewhere busy, she can actually follow conversations without all the background noise getting in the way. She also likes that she can use them to listen to music and take phone calls with Bluetooth, which she didn’t expect to use as much as she does. Her favorite part, though, is the app. She can easily adjust everything depending on where she is, so if she needs things a little clearer in certain situations, she can fine-tune it herself. Used Lexie Lumen for 5 years, so I’m used to the fit. Rechargeable batteries are so much easier. Sound is clear. Not used to Bluetooth yet…still trying to fine-tune the option. It cuts on and off as I move about the house, I don’t know why yet. I’m sure it’s me. I can’t wear them when I sweat because they’re not waterproof of course. That’s a challenge in Florida. So far so good though. I would buy them again. Also the case is magnetic which is a neat option. They snap in and the top snaps on. It looks like a little face when it’s lit up, ☺️ ... show more

Easy to use but still figuring out functionality. Cannot find app. Crackles some and fit into ear for wore is noticable
