The media could not be loaded. I recently purchased the Evjuicion 40 Amp Level 2 EV Charger for my Tesla Model Y, and it has been a great investment. While the Tesla mobile connector is a good option, I ultimately decided on the Evjuicion charger for a few reasons. First, it can be plugged into a Nema14-50R outlet, making it portable and able to charge at a higher capacity than the Tesla Mobile Connector, which charges at a maximum of 32 amps. This means that I can charge my vehicle faster, which is especially useful on longer trips where I need to quickly top up my battery. Second, the unit is very well-built and comes with all the necessary mounting hardware and brackets. It even includes a charging handle and cable organizer to keep everything tidy and easily accessible. The LED screen on the charger is also very useful, providing me with all of the important charging stats and information such as temperature, current charging voltage, charging amperage, charging time elapsed, and more. Additionally, the charger is WiFi-enabled, which allows me to monitor the current charging session as well as historical charging data using my smartphone. The smart app associated with the charger is particularly handy, as it allows me to remotely control and monitor charging sessions. For example, I can select my charging speed, set a charging schedule, or receive reminders to plug my vehicle in. This has been incredibly useful for me, as it allows me to easily manage my charging needs while on-the-go. One of the most important features of this charger is that the charging connector fits well with my Tesla J1772 adaptor and works seamlessly to charge my Tesla just like the Tesla Mobile/Wall Charger. This has given me a great peace of mind, knowing that my vehicle is charging properly and efficiently. The only improvement I would suggest is increasing the length of the charging cable. While the 16ft cable length is adequate for my needs, other users might require a longer cable length, perhaps between 20ft to 25ft. Overall, the Evjuicion 40 Amp Level 2 EV Charger is an excellent investment for anyone with an electric vehicle. It looks great, works well, and has been very reliable. The added convenience and peace of mind of being able to quickly and easily charge my vehicle at home has been invaluable.

Since I saw the universal compatibility with J1772 plug, I made the purchase for my girl's KIA ev6 as extras while she's on the go with friends to local places while can be charged at friends' house. It works for the car well and I have not found any issues caused since bought so I have no problem with it. The function I love is the long cable as it is so convenient for places like outdoor especially my right side of the house which I have extra outlet for the car and it can be easily removed. The LCD screen and Wifi features are also convenient though I am in love with the cable.

The charger is easy to use and works well. It has easy to read display that conveniently shows charge current, charging time, total charge kwh and other readings. There was one small problem at the beginning - the current selection button did not do anything. However, after a few charges the button started working fine.

This is compatible with Ford Fusion Energi. The 16 ft cord can easily by rolled up and kept in the trunk, but is long enough to accommodate for parking with either side of the vehicle near the outlet. It’s definitely longer than the OEM version. It comes with nema 6-20P plug, but if your household is nema 5-15 plug, there is an available from the company to convert the 5-15 to 6-20. The company is very responsive and will even send pdf specs on requests. The display screen shows real-time data of the charging voltage, selected amperage limit, charging power and amperage. There is an letter system in the event of a fault.

The media could not be loaded. This unit meets my needs for a long cord EVSE that can be reduced to 24 amps and STAY AT 24 AMPS for safety. As long as it stays plugged in, the set current limit cannot be tampered with. As you can see in my video, the car pulls well under than the negotiated amperage, meaning that the signals are being transmitted correctly. The built-in current transformer shows usage consistent with my home energy monitor (see photo side-by-side with my app), so if I needed to track kWh usage, I would feel confident relying on the unit to report correctly. The build quality of the EVSE itself seems very good; the 25 foot cord is very convenient; the connector handle feels pretty cheap, but so far has been working fine. I confirmed that it will automatically restart at the previously set current after a power outage. You do lose the measured kWh reading if there’s an outage, but at least you won’t wake up to a car with a dead battery. Please watch my video for more details and tests.
