  • They are great
I've owned several pair of OTC hearing aids including the Elehear Alpha and none of them were anywhere close to being as clear as these. As far as streaming music they don't have a lot of bottom end but are crystal clear. I didn't buy them for music I'll use my other earbuds for that. I highly recommend them. I love them ... show more

  • Great over the counter hearing aids with battery life to make iPod Pros jealous. Great over the counter hearing aids with battery life to make iPod Pros jealous.
I have a pair of the ELEHEAR Beyond Pros that I wear daily and I LOVE them. The ELEHEAR Delights are ear bud style while the Beyond’s are hearing aid style. Your preference and use will determine which you will want. The hearing aid style has several tips and if you use the larger tips they are somewhat occlusive to outside noise. The ear bud style provides a nice tight fit and is very occlusive. Meaning if you want to shut the world out and listen to music while you run the Delights are for you. The Delights are more durable, look like normal earbuds for that stealth hearing aid look and they have great sound. Honestly, I am a hearing aid style guy because I just prefer the outside noise because it feels more natural, but a lot of people prefer the earbud style snd the sound occlusion. I however was pleasantly surprised with the environmental audio pass through. It sounded natural and the only thing that really bothered me vs the hearing aid style was the occlusive pressure you get on the ears when using ANY earbuds. It was very tolerable though. The Delights, true to their name, have a delightful sound quality. I think they are better than Airpod Pro sound quality. They do have a nice, warm sound to them and I enjoyed listening to music while landscaping and doing other outdoor activities. They are sweat proof so you don’t need to worry about ruining them while working out. The Delights come with several ear tips to choose from so you get a great fit. As far as hearing aids they were fantastic. I was expecting them to have more distortion and not pick up as much sound as the Beyonds, but I think they are even better. I was able to turn them up higher without distortion than the more expensive Beyond Pros and sound is clear and crisp. The battery life is insane! When they say all day use they mean it. I doubt you can get away with listening to music all day, but I wore them for the day with a couple of hours of music and they did not die. This is the biggest improvement over something like the AirPod Pro. You won’t get all day use out of them. ELEHEAR has an incredible app with more features than you will ever use. You can adjust the volume, tone, direction and more on these and you will want to play with those settings to dial in your preferred sound. There are presets like restaurant for focusing on nearby conversation in loud environments and they work well. Just don’t be under the false assumption that they will be as good as $2000 hearing aids, but I believe they are very close in performance to the name brand $1000 over the counter hearing aids. The app has tinnitus therapy that can reduce tinnitus, there is a hearing test like we did back in school with the beeps at difference volumes and tones. The software did a nice job of accurately diagnosing my mild hearing impairment. Speaking of hearing impairment, OTC hearing aids are only good for mild to moderate hearing loss. If your hearing loss is bad you should get a prescription set of hearing aids. There are nice ambient sounds you can play for relaxation. The software for ELEHEAR hearing aids is really, really good and better than a lot of the $1000 OTC hearing aids. ELEHEAR also has doctors available for your questions and for support. I was pleasantly surprised after buying the Beyond Pros when an Audiologist called me to see how I was doing. He knew them and the software very well and spent time answering several questions. The app has a link to phone support that is on the main page when you open it so ELEHEAR wants you to call them, not like most companies that do everything they can to hide their number or put you through 10 minutes of an automated system. Those companies really do not treat their customers well. ELEHEAR is not like that, if you need help they are going to help you. Value for the money: The Delights have premium sound, they are pretty darned good hearing aids as well at this price point. I think they are a great value compared to the competition. ... show more

  • The app was easy to install and use
My husband and son made me see an ENT a few years ago because I couldn't hear conversations. The doctor actually found and removed a flap of skin that had grown over my eardrum, and although the hearing test he performed after my ear healed showed I had some hearing loss, he said it was not enough to warrant hearing aids. (And, honestly, I could hear so much better! The sound of water in my shower was almost too loud until I got used to it.) Now, some years have passed, and I think, with age, my hearing is going just a little. I ordered these Elehear hearing aids to see if they could help me understand conversations better (I do have tinnitus as well). The app was easy to download. Connecting to the hearing aids took a mintue, but then it was so easy to control the volume of the hearing aids. I think I do not need them now, after all, but I am pleased with the product and will start to wear them when I need them (when my family bugs me to!). When logging into the app, Elehear does ask for your phone number and email; shortly after I downloaded the app, I received a call from an unknown number very early in the morning (I'm in Hawaii, so the time difference can be extreme). I let the call go to voicemail and looked up the number - it was Elehear. I was not expecting - or wanting - them to call me. Just know that you will be on a list when you log into the app. ... show more

  • Comfortable and Easy-to-Use Hearing Aids – Clear Sound & Modern Features
I recently started using these OTC hearing aids, and they have made conversations and everyday sounds much clearer and easier to hear. They are especially helpful during family conversations, watching TV, and talking in places with background noise. The in-ear design is compact and comfortable, so they don’t feel bulky or too noticeable while wearing them. I like that they fit securely and stay comfortable even after several hours of use. One thing I really appreciate is the Bluetooth and app control feature. It makes adjusting settings much easier without constantly touching the device itself. The AI-powered sound enhancement also helps voices sound clearer and more natural. I remember wearing them during a family dinner, and it felt nice being able to hear conversations more clearly without repeatedly asking people to repeat themselves. That alone made a big difference in comfort and confidence. The rechargeable feature is convenient and saves the hassle of constantly replacing batteries. The noise canceling works well in reducing background distractions, and the waterproof design gives extra peace of mind for everyday use. The overall build feels modern, lightweight, and durable enough for daily wear. Considering the comfort, sound quality, and smart features, they also offer good value for money. Overall, these hearing aids are a practical and user-friendly option for improving daily hearing while staying comfortable and discreet. ... show more

  • Overall pretty decent hearing aids
These hearing aids are well made and contain a lot of modern features for an OTC device. The Bluetooth connectivity and app control are convenient, and the charging case is compact and easy to carry around. The sound quality is generally good with easy volume control, and the AI based adjustments help improve clarity in noisy environments. The in ear design is discreet and comfortable enough for daily use. Waterproof protection is pretty useful for regular wear. The only minor issue is the price, which is on the higher side compared to many similar products. ... show more

  • Hear the way I used to Hear the way I used to
Improved style hearing aid. The new design is very comfortable in the ear. Having worn aids for years now, it is a welcome relief to have this quality in an aid I can just order without a prescription. The device is flawless in telephone usage and streaming from my phone over Bluetooth app on Android. Noise control is better than I am accustomed to with my prior hearing aids. Conversations are more natural sounding and I find myself often decreasing the volume. These are simple to put in my ears and they stay there. The app to control them is also simple and consistent in adjusting volume, tone, and noise control. I am buying a second set to keep at the office as they are so easy for me to overlook in the morning, and they are budget friendly enough to do that. So far, these are my go to aids. There is an on line hearing test and audiological consultation included to customize the settings, but it is so easy to use I haven't needed to do that yet. It is just great to hear the way I used to. ... show more

  • Speech clarity and reliable bluetooth connectivity make this a great everyday OTC choice
I ordered this device after experiencing consistent frustration trying to follow conversations in noisy restaurants, and I now use it every single day during family dinners and work meetings to help isolate speech. The overall material quality and sturdy build quality are apparent the moment you handle the charging case, giving me immediate confidence that the general quality would justify the price. The physical ergonomics are excellent because the wing-tip design keeps the pieces firmly inside the ear canal without causing any soreness over hours of continuous wear. My biggest caution for buyers involves the initial Bluetooth pairing process, which requires some patience with the companion application before the automated mode switching operates smoothly. Once that connectivity is established, the ease of use is remarkable, and the crisp sound amplification has delivered immense value added to my daily social life. The clarity is impressive. ... show more

  • The husband will wear them! Woohoo!
These look like wireless earbuds, so there’s no “hearing aid” stigma to them in my husbands mind. He can hear me now, even when the tv is on, and it’s amazing how little we yell at each other now. He likes the app (and he’s not a new app lover— he hates having to learn new things), and he says it’s easy enough for him. The charge lasts all day, and he loves that he only has to put them into the case to charge them. He says they’re comfortable, and they must be, because he wears them from when he gets up in the morning until he goes to bed. Without complaining. Which is amazing. I wish I’d found these for him several years ago. They’re WAY cheaper than marriage counseling for challenges in communication. ... show more
