I can't believe the improvements. I have the Elehear beyond and my biggest complaint with them was still having trouble hearing women's voices and the charging box was very touchy. They have addressed these problems with the Pro and improved on the app. They do a great job on followup and I rec'd a phone call from Jeff asking how I liked the pro and was there anything they could do.

These OTC hearing aids have made a noticeable difference in how clearly I hear the world around me. Voices are much easier to understand, and background noise seems less noticeable because the vocal range is emphasized. Conversations are more natural, especially in environments where I would normally struggle to make out speech. The companion app paired quickly and was easy to use. It provides plenty of adjustment options, allowing me to fine-tune not only the overall volume but also different frequency ranges through a simple interface that is easy to understand. It offers control to personalize the sound with a few button presses. The over-the-ear design is more like a traditional hearing aid, but they are still lightweight and comfortable enough to wear throughout the day. Battery life easily lasts all day with plenty of charge remaining. If I forget to charge them, the charging case can provide several more hours of use after just a few minutes of charging. One of my favorite features is the Bluetooth support. They work well for streaming music, taking phone calls, and listening to anything from my phone without needing separate earbuds. These are priced toward the premium end of the OTC hearing aid market, but the sound quality, customization options, battery life, and Bluetooth features make them well worth the cost.

I’ve been genuinely impressed with these hearing aids so far. The sound quality is much clearer and more natural than I expected, especially during conversations in noisy environments. Voices sound crisp without that harsh or overly amplified feeling that some hearing devices can have. Watching TV and listening to music has also been noticeably better — the Music Mode really does make audio sound fuller and more detailed. The app setup was simple, and the redesigned interface makes adjustments very easy even if you’re not very tech-savvy. I like being able to fine-tune the sound quickly from my phone without digging through complicated menus. The ambient soundscapes are actually a nice bonus too, especially for relaxing or focusing while working. One feature that really stood out to me was the fast charging. Being able to get several hours of use from just a short 15-minute charge is extremely convenient, especially on busy days. Battery life overall has been excellent, and the charging case keeps everything ready to go. Comfort has also been a huge plus. They’re lightweight enough that I forget I’m wearing them after a while, and the included dome sizes made it easy to find a good fit. The automatic on/off function when removing them from the case is another small feature that makes daily use effortless. The AI translation feature is honestly pretty impressive as well. It feels like a modern feature you wouldn’t normally expect in hearing aids, and it could be incredibly useful for travel or conversations with people speaking different languages. Overall, these feel much more advanced and polished than many OTC hearing aids I’ve seen, and they’ve made daily conversations much easier and more enjoyable.

I picked up this set of hearing aids to have a spare for when I’m traveling. I have a set of non-OTC hearing aids that I regularly use, so I have a long history with prescription hearing aids. This is my first foray into the arena of an OTC behind the ear set of hearing aids. I am beyond impressed with these hearing aids from ELEHEAR. I cannot believe that it’s possible to get such outstanding quality without the need for an audiologist. These hearing aids were easy to set up right out of the box. The app made the whole process very turnkey. These hearing aids are so lightweight that they are super easy to forget you are wearing them. They are more comfortable than my other hearing aids. The sound quality is really great whether just using the hearing aids or while streaming music. I like that I can adjust the hearing aids depending on the environment I’m in via the app. There are multiple domes included, which is really important. When I first started wearing them, I had a closed dome in which really made my ear feel “full”. I changed to the open dome style and that sensation was totally resolved. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend these hearing aids for a second. These are incredible for sound quality and an absolute bargain.

These ELEHEAR-Beyond Pro hearing aids have been such a huge upgrade for me in everyday life. The sound quality is clear and natural. Especially during conversations. The VocClear 2.0 technology really makes voices stand out better in noisy places like restaurants or large gathers, and I noticed the speech sounded much sharper compared to the older hearing aids I've been using. The AI noise reduction works surprisingly well at cutting down background sound without making everything feel artificial. I love the music mode because songs sound full and less tinny than I expect from OTC hearing aids. Bluetooth connectivity was very simple and straightforward to setup, and streaming phone calls and music directly to the hearing aids has been very convenient. The app is one more strong point. It's easy to navigate, very intuitive, lots of useful controls for adjusting volume and sound settings without constantly fiddling with the devices themselves. Battery life has been solid and easily lasts through a full day of use. Comfort wise, they're lightweight and comfortable enough to wear for hours without irritation. They feel like a premium product at a much more reasonable cost than some other options out there. It's definitely a great value for anyone wanting clearer hearing, modern features and an easy user experience. Easily 5 stars.

Good at some things, but not great at others (ie., BT doesn't stay connected past a 3-4' range). Sound adjustment: The Elehear Beyond Pro far surpassed my expectations in this area, because there were so many different things you could adjust (ie., Presets for Outdoor, Indoor, Music, Populated Room, Noisy and Quiet Situations and more), as well it has an excellent slide adjustment for various frequencies, with large +/- DB for each variant. The App was very easy to download (via the QR Code) and connected with the hearing aids quickly. Believe me when I say this, that I know you're already wondering with all this praise, why the 4 ⭐ vs a 5 ⭐ and the reason is simple. The BT losing it's connection is huge, because when the connection is severed, so is the ability to hear anything. Since the entire HA is based on the signal being first analyzed by the AI, then processed and sent to the ear as a reproduction of the sound, but the AI is completely dependent on the App, when the HA's can't sense the phone, it simply ceases to function. Plus (by opinion from one user and not thru testing on numerous subjects), the sound was not as impressive as hoped. It was almost "Tinny/Metal Can" sounding. So, unfortunate as it is, the device received a 4 ⭐ rating and was ultimately returned. With all that being said, if a person is always within arms reach of their BT connected device and they can sort thru the various frequencies to obtain a nice sweet sound, then the Elehear Beyond Pro is an excellent choice, especially when compared to the ASTRONOMICAL, Outrageous, Price Gauging that happens when visiting an Audiologist for a scripted pair (eg., $3000-$7000.00+).

These hearing aids have honestly been impressive. The sound quality is incredibly clear and natural sounding without the harsh tinny effect a lot of hearing devices have. Conversations feel much easier to follow, especially in places with background noise, and the speech clarity really stands out. The Bluetooth connection has been solid and the app is surprisingly easy to use for adjusting settings without feeling overly complicated. Music mode also sounds way better than expected with rich audio and very low delay. Comfort wise, they’re lightweight enough to wear for long periods without irritation, and the battery life has been excellent. The fast charging feature is genuinely useful too because a short charge gives plenty of use time. One of the coolest features is the built in translation support. It feels like a very modern device rather than just a traditional hearing aid. Overall these feel premium, thoughtfully designed, and worth the investment for the level of clarity and features they provide.
