The packaging alone let's you know that this is a work of art. It's sealed, comes in a wooden box and has a burlap sack for the box. It took me along time to choose a delicate bracelet-like watch that I could wear on my wedding day and that would be stainless steel. I finally chose this one and researched outside of Amazon to make sure that the whole watch was stainless steel. It is very pretty, however, one of the links broke. The customer service of SURVAN contacted me right away and were ultra responsible, taking care of my issue ASAP and making sure I was satisfied. This seller is very attentive and communication is a bliss. I really love this watch, for the price it’s worth it… looks more expensive than it is. I bought this watch 3 times already, lost the first one on a trip, gave the second away and the third time the watch broke on me. But I’m buying another the same again. I always get compliments whenever I wear the watch and I used it when I sleep, it’s light weight so I don’t even feel it and it goes well with anything I wear. Highly recommended. Makes a great gift too.

I ordered this watch for my mother for Christmas. Today I opened up the box to take a look, set the time, etc. Out of the box, the watch wasn't running. I set the time. The second-hand decided to run for about 15 seconds and then stopped. After not running for a few minutes, I reset the time back to the correct time, and then observed. About three minutes later, it spotaneously decided to start running again. Since it hadn't run for the last 3 minutes, the time was wrong again. I reset the time. And now it is once again "taking a break". The second-hand isn't moving, and the time isn't advancing either (so it's not simply a problem with the second-hand). So now... I don't think I'm going to be giving this watch to my mother for Christmas. There's a card in the box that says, "Happy?" That would be "No".

I liked the watch. However, the size of the bracelet was too small and I couldn't wear it. The bracelet's loops are too small and regular extenders don't fit into them. I complained and company resolved the issue by offering a bigger size watch.
