These are definitely a step up from my previous hearing aids. (I had the Sony ERC-10 hearing aids for the last two years.) I've only had these now for two days, but what a difference! My old Sony ones emphasized the high end frequencies a little too much for my taste. These sound a lot more balanced and even. These connect to bluetooth easily (I'm using a Samsung Galaxy S24 Ultra.) My old Sony ones only connected to iPhones. It's very interesting to hear both music playing through these hearing aids as well as the outside world at the same time! Something to get used to. The app is easy to use (there is a little bit of a learning curve). Very intuitive app with a lot of customization features! I used the in app hearing test and sent the results to an audiologist through the app. I'm awaiting the results. They are supposed to make adjustments via the app! Elehear gives you A LOT of ear domes in various styles (closed, open, power and tulip styles). I myself prefer the open dome type, since they produce a more natural sound to my ears. Personal results will definitely vary. You'll have many options to choose from and try out. When you do find the domes that suit you best, they are VERY comfortable! Even the part that goes behind the ear is comfortable. There are times that I forgot that I'm even wearing them! Comfortable even while wearing glasses! If you suffer from mild to moderate hearing loss, GET THESE HEARING AIDS! You'll find out what sounds you've been missing!

Okay so I ordered a variety of hearing aids so I could compare and these were the winner. I got the top and middle version of the audien ones that get great reviews and they didn’t compare. The top one didn’t even have an app. The sound wasn’t as good but was almost the same . But it didn’t have nearly the features this one has . All the others were like $280 and below and they just don’t compare in any way. So here is what I have to say about these . The sound wasn’t the best . But it’s the best bc u can go into the app and adjust tone and all kinds of stuff. It also has a tinnitus feature where u can mix and match sounds to sleep w . The battery life out did all the others . You can also listen to music from your phone . It also has translation!!!! U can translate through the headphones so you are getting the hearing aids w the best sound, tinnitus masker , translator and music headphones . It’s head and shoulders above all the others out there that I tried . I tried about 4 others . Def recommend ! It’s a bit pricey but u get a lot for your money unlike the top brand of audien. Oh and the fit on these is super super comfy

I held off on writing a review until I had a good idea of how they work. I absolutely love them. They are so much better than my prescription hearing aids. They don't last a full work day if I put them in before I leave the house but they will last the full 12 hr shift if I wait to put them in when I get to work. I sit right under an a/c vent and it definitely helps reduce that but still allows me to hear my coworkers on the other side of the room. Only thing I don't love is that it will randomly go into mute mode, which makes me feel like my ears are stuffed with cotton. They are bulkier than I'm used to but they still allow me to wear sunglasses with no problem. I like that I can change the ear tips to fit each ear differently. My left has little loss while my right is almost 75% loss. When my ENT office quit having an audiologist that could take care and adjust my prescription hearing aid (and insurance wouldn't cover me going anywhere else that covered Signia aids, and their website is crap to get help), I tried several different OTC brands. This one is best I've tried.

Been searching for the best hearing aid for someone with moderate hearing loss. I didn't want to spend over 600 which was a bit limiting but I think I've found an incredible bit of technology at a reasonable price. Easy set up, 20 hours of time, good dealing with noisy environments and natural sounding. Highly recommended.

Very clear, easy to adjust, great Bluetooth, good battery life, easy to use. Tinnitus masking is nice, but i don't think it will help me much. Update 2 months later.....Bluetooth struggles often, and sound is a little pitchy, but still like them. 2 months later: Still like the one that works but one of them seems to have a bad connection in the wire. Original gave it 4 to 5 stars, but lowering it to 3, pending customer support. Brb.

My hearing has been declining for the past 25 years to the point this year that my ENT and an audiologist both said it is now characterized profound. For all of those years I purchased very expensive hearing aids every 3 years until I retired. This time to save money I thought I would try OTC version. I didn’t expect much. Boy, was I surprised! So far after a few days wearing them, I am very surprised how effective they are. They have Bluetooth for calls and streaming, and I bought the model with speech translation, which I have not tried yet. When I do try that feature, I will update the review. They are very comfortable, have excellent sound quality, and easy BT connection. If I walk out of range to my cell phone, a voice says “disconnected.” The first time hearing that was a bit disconcerting because I did not expect to hear a voice in my empty home at the time. If you have severe hearing loss, even though these are not rated for that definitely give these a try!
