After trying quite a few lower cost OTC hearing aids, I found these to be a very pleasant surprise. They are very small and are “invisible” head on and still not very visible when from the side (when someone is looking at your ear from a reasonable distance). They are clearly marked R and L, fit in my ears nicely felt secure, and have a nice “pull pin” making them easy to remove. There are 9 volume levels, and I did encounter some squelching setting the volume (as I could not avoid temporarily covering the mic that caused the issue), but I only needed to set the volume once so I don’t see squelching as an issue. The sound quality and sensitivity were both excellent, and I did not experience annoyingly unwanted sounds very much (i.e., hearing my own voice footsteps, etc.). They have noise reduction, but a nice to have would have been Bluetooth for taking calls and listening to music. One design issue is the top of the storage / carrying case is not attached to the case by a hinge, etc., so while there is no worry about the hinge failing, there is a chance of losing the case top. It comes with a USB C charging cord, extra ear pads (various sizes), a cleaning brush, wax replacement tools, and instructions however it also comes with what I consider “extras” in the form of including an AC wall adapter, and a drawstring storage / carrying pouch. Bottom line for me is they work very well, are simple to use, and not very “visible”. For me, not having Bluetooth is a bit of a detractor and I consider these a 4.5 star set, rounded up to 5-stars.

The sound quality is very good. They are in the in ear type. They have a bobtail that you can grasp to pull them out of your ear. There are nine volume settings starting with +2db and increases +2db with each volume increases up to +18db. They are comfortable to wear. I had a set of prescription ones and now I'm wearing OTC hearing aids because of cost and I can't tell the difference between the two anyways. I always recommend you try these first before investing thousands of dollars because these may be all you need. Also you are eligible for return, refund, or replacement within 30 days of receipt. You will know by then if you like them or not. Overall, for the money they are worth it.

I have a small bit of hearing loss in one of my ears from a too close relationship with my Sony Walkman back in the day. I have started to notice that I have trouble hearing soft speaking people in normal settings and regular volume people in crowded settings and have tried another set of OTC hearing aids that go over the ear. They were uncomfortable, hard to wear with glasses, and didn't work great (lots of feedback and external noise). These small hearing aids address most of the issues. It will still take some getting used to wearing it in the ear, but much more comfortable than the other ones and no issues with glasses. My main trouble with them so far is to set the volume. I turned one of them on and put it in my ear and started playing around with the volume settings, which is hard to do since you get some feedback everytime you touch them and it was hard to determine when I had run up the 9 settings and looped back. There is really no way to know what volume you are at. And if you turn it off and back on, it remembers, which is great, but I don't see a way to get back to base and so I really didn't know where I was in the volume setting. At what I think were lower volumes, I was able to turn the tv way down and still hear ok. I felt like there was a tiny tiny delay in what I heard in my other unaided ear and the one with the aid, but I think you just need to get used to that. All the items in the set feel very well made and I want to call out that this rechargeable set also came with a wall plug, which isn't common anymore and I thought was a very nice touch so you are completely ready to go out of the box. I'll continue to work with these and hope they will save me from having to go buy a more expensive set.

This hearing aids work amazingly well. They are very small and can hardly be seen when wearing. They are lightweight and comfortable. It comes with an instruction booklet that explains how to use these aids, but it is not very difficult to figure things out. You can adjust the volume and turn them off by a tiny button located directly on the hearing aids. Available without doctor visits, they are affordably priced making them an excellent value. I would not hesitate for a second in recommending these to anyone. If you are tired of turning up the tv volume or feeling lost because you are having difficulty following conversations, you will find these hearing aids so very helpful. Highly impressed!

Easy to use and the hearing amplification works great, easy to adjust the volume to suit your needs. I find they fit securely and comfortably with the smallest domes. They run a long time between charges and recharge easily. Comes in a nice storage box along with complete instructions, a carrying pouch, and all the tools to keep it maintained, you may need to get more domes and wax guards after a while. Comes with a charging cable and power block too. These are among the best OTC hearing aids on the market.

These are the best hearing aids I have tried by far. They are light weight, comfortable and nearly invisible. They are easy to keep clean and charge, and the battery lasts all day. I can hear people talking very clearly, and the audio quality is excellent. The audio isn't tinny at all, and background noise isn't too sharp.

My dad with time have been hearing issues, not to the point where he needs to wear it full time but when we visit and kids talking to him or when we watch movie I know he doesn’t get things all the way. This is perfect solution, that way we don’t have to turn tv volume higher for him and he can understand kids fully. It fits perfectly and he said sound is pretty clear. I think eventually he will wear it full time but for now it’s nice that he have that option when we coming over. It also barely noticeable as I know he might feel uncomfortable if people see it. It’s seems like a great option for now as he primarily just using it at home.
