We ordered two of these umbrellas due to we just bought new patio furniture for this summer. It seemed like it was going to work cause the color was amazing blue and the height was perfect. Well, the contraption to open and close the umbrella was hard to use and one did not work at all. We tried to see if there was something missing that we were doing but how hard is it to turn the lever. We reached out to customer service but have not heard anything yet. I was blown away by the quality and the size of this umbrella compared to all of the others I purchased over the years at double the cost or more. The pole is also thicker which is great but one thing to note is it did not fit in my umbrella stand because of that.
