Worked pretty good at first. I'm now getting a firmware update notice that pops up and blocks the screen. I've attempted to update the firmware at least 100 times, it is connecting to the device but just times out. It is still tracking; however, I can't see where my pet is because of the pop up. I contacted customer support but have not received any response. I can't recommend this at all. They make it sound like they have great 24/7 customer support; it actually means that you can email them any time. Duh.

Most gps trackers that I've ever come across are way too large to really fit on a pet collar very well without running the risk of getting caught on something and not being safe for them to wear. I expected that to be the case with this but was pleasantly surprised that it was actually small enough to be feasible for my cat to wear on her collar. I love that I can constantly know where she's at when she's out wandering around. It does definitely relieves a lot of anxiety for me. Easy to set up and use. Could be used to track other things I imagine if one wanted to, thinking about getting one to put on our trailer as it's so small, it would easily be very discreet. Just remember......only use these to track some things not some ones :)

Very disappointed... First, the device only charges to 98% and then it stops charging. Second, there are no modes to save on battery and it dies within 2 days. The device turns itself off randomly even if it is charged. When it is on, I have constant alerts my cat has left the virtual fence area even though she is sitting right next to me. When she goes outside and I go to look for her, the location is vague, not exact, so you still have to walk around calling your pet looking for them. Other times, it will show she is right next to me when in fact, she was a block away. Overall, it does not do what it advertises and is a waste of money.

I bought this because the size is more reasonable than others and a year gps service is a good price and only once a year but the app has trouble finding the device and the one time my cat escaped it gave me no information where he was or even where he had been. I was very disappointed.

Couldn't get it to connect to the app. Tried everything recommended so I emailed the manufacturer twice. They finally emailed me back after a couple weeks but cannot get them to email me back again after I sent them pictures of the problem. The little cover that goes over the sim card also doesn't close at all.

This product doesn't connect to an android phone. None of the instructional videos help and the instructions don't align with the app. Do not recommend.
