Pros: This bureau is solid and made with heavy wood. The pieces are painted on all sides. Once assembled, it seems very sturdy. It's beautiful. And the size and color are exactly as shown in the listing. For a small bureau, which is what I wanted and needed for my closet, it holds a decent amount of clothes. Cons: This is not just a matter of holes being in the wrong place. The actual design of the piece is incorrect. Things go wrong at Step #13. The way Piece 15 has to slide in, it's physically impossible to tighten the locking cam on one end of Piece 14. Simply not possible. However, I like this bureau enough that I didn't let that stop me! Not to mention that 90% of it was assembled at this point, and to take it all apart put it back at the box and return it seemed almost as impossible as this dilemma. My solution was to put the bolt in piece 14 and the Locking cam. But just not turn the cam. Once all of the other pieces were put into place, I believe it is sturdy enough to stay put together even with this engineering issue. This all said, I think the company ought to redesign the bureau so that it can be assembled the proper way. Another less serious issue, is that the instructions are not perfect. On some of them, the images are inverted and whatnot but those can be figured out pretty easily. Note: This exact size bureau is very difficult to find, and that is why I opted for four stars instead of three. I'm very happy to have it despite the problem. ... show more

It took me a long time putting it together, but because I misunderstood one of the steps. Material is good for the price of it. Not the most long lasting, but I’m sure it will do the job. It has a cute design and I love how it looks on my living room!

It’s pretty cheaply made it’s holding up but I’ll need a real dresser from a furniture store instead of something shipped from Amazon the screws come out often even if you tighten them it’s just kind of cheap . The drawers aren’t that sturdy either. It is just getting me by till I can get something I really want ... show more
