Works great…until it doesn’t. You need to clean it regularly - the self clean is nice, but it’s not a comprehensive solution. I used this daily for 3 months, then all of a sudden it doesn’t dispense clean solution anymore. Tried all the troubleshooting from the manual, customer service, and YouTube. Nothing works. The thing is shot after 3 months. Worked great when it worked, but at $100+\mo I would rather hire help.

The media could not be loaded. EDIT 10/7: I got it to work a few days after the I left the review. Not sure what changed but I waited to update to make sure it would last. So far so good. I use it once week to clean my hard floors. Seems to first appear to leave streaks but dries well. I love the self clean portion. Stick vacuum works well although i wish there was even stronger suction. 8/31: Just got the product. Got a faulty one. Tried the stick vacuum first and it worked amazing. Then tried the wet vacuum which is the main component and it doesn't work. It keeps saying to fill the clean water tank. I first had it partially filled, higher than the indicator for the minimum amount needed for self cleaning. Then I filled it completely and still the same message.

*The look is beautiful! The storage is great and easy to use throughout the home. Sadly it dosn't pass that! *Suction is very weak! Can't even use on very low carpet and usually find myself going over the tile multiple times also. *The self clean either just doesn't clean well or has no pressure to clean it? Always smells so bad even though I wash after every use despite the self clean capabilities. *Not good for pet hair or kids crumbs. Just an overall bad product sadly. *I advise not to purchase and save your money for a different brand or product. EDIT TO ADD: As I was not fond of the original purchase the company did reach out and send me the next up model but I still don't see the cost worth ratio working out. Suction was better slightly but otherwise it was all still the same. Looks great and does work just not for a home with 4 kids and 3 dogs. I do appreciate the dedication with the company to send another for free and quickly after my dislike for the first purchase. That gives more points than the product.
