Manufacturer and customer service is nonexistent when their product breaks down and stops working after only six months of light use. I bought this mop a year ago, it stayed in the box for six months untouched. When I do use it, I clean it out and dry it every time. Fast forward to the year minus one day, the vacuum decides to lose suction and mix up its “verbal declarations.” Turn it off, and it says, “Self Cleaning Started,” turn it on, and it says, “Suction Mode.” Cool…Surely the manufacturer will stand by their product and issue a refund or send out a new device… WRONG! This company wants me to ship the entire unit back to them (ON MY PACKAGING DIME) for a “diagnostic investigation.” A WHAT? I sent them pictures and a video of the unit leaking dirty water all over my floor… surely you can tell it’s not working properly- and I’m not doing that! Why should I be inconvenienced because your $600 vacuum isn’t worth a nickel? BOTTOM LINE: BUYER BEWARE- Save yourself the headache and coin and just get a lil Bissel Crosswave ***Don’t be fooled by the shiny, shouting, and hyper people on Instagram shilling this thing out.     • Could be better for the price!
I love the wet mop. BUT if there is dried food on the floor it does not come off easily. You have to run over it multiple times just to start getting it to come off. It does pick up stuff better than the dry vacuum. The battery life if good, could be better. It can drain pretty quickly. I don't like hat I have to keep the sticker on the display otherwise it's blanks besides showing how much charge it has. Otherwise I don't know what setting it is at :( When you switch to the dry vacuum part, I find that it does and okay job vacuuming but because the pipe is so small it gets clogged a lot. It was a bit pricey for what it actually does. Now worth how much I spent. Could be worth it for maybe $200 ... show more
