This was our gift to each other for Christmas this last year. So far, it’s been incredible! We purchased the Dual version so we could have the separate vacuum and attachments since two of our bedrooms have carpet. Previously, I used the spin mop and occasionally the Swiffer Wet Jet. My floors never really felt clean. After using this, boy was I right. I was embarrassed with how disgustingly dirty the water was after I finished using it the first time haha. Anyway, this mop vac is a little scary at first. But I quickly got the hang of it. Just read through the manual a few times first. I love how it basically moves itself. You just have to steer it. It picks up pet hair and food crumbs very well and cleans all at the same time. We have 3 pets(all long hair) and two young kids, so there’s a lot of mess. Other reviews mentioned their machine having a smell to it(the brush roller & tank). I haven’t had this issue at all so far. I use the brush cleaning/drying feature after every use and clean out the tank. I will update if there’s any change. I love that you can clean right up next to baseboards and furniture without the machine sides getting in the way(the brush rollers extend all the way to the sides). The only con I have is your arm can get very tired quickly because it is quite heavy. As for the separate vacuum pieces, they work pretty well. I use the vacuum part on rugs and my bedroom carpet. I can tell that it’s probably not quite as powerful as my Shark vacuum on the carpet, but it gets the job done. The suction is pretty awesome overall though, especially on hard flooring. The scary part is, it is extremely top heavy because of the weight of the top part that detaches from the mop vac. So you cannot just let it stand up on its own. You have to lay it down or stand it against something secure. Your arm can tire very quickly as well from the weight of the mop battery. The smaller attachments have worked great as well-they’re easy to attach to the main battery. Overall, this mop vac is amazing and I have recommended it to several people. It’s pricey for sure, but had much better reviews than the Bissell Crosswave and Tineco(those are mainly paid reviews).

If you have less than 1200 sqft this machine kills it doing the floor. More than 1200 sqft you would still get the job done but need to stop and clean it out. It does leave some lines on the floor but not to bad.

Suction needs a bit of work, I only use the vacuum on tile flooring and it works OK, the battery doesn't last as long as I need it to if I use the extra speed mode so I can work on 2 rooms at a time with the extra speed before I have to recharge it. The mop feature drains the battery life pretty quickly so it lasts long enough to mop the kitchen and living room then it has to go back for charging, you have to add hot water before mopping so that it works best, I found that using the mop/vac does better at suction than the regular vacuum attachment. The debris can is pretty small so you have to empty it pretty often if you have a lot of trash/ dog hair. It does very well in picking up dust from mattress and couches so I like that it's cordless, keep in mind it's pretty heavy if you suffer from carpal tunnel or arthritis. Works well for small tasks. Overall if you have pets it works great the only downside is having to empty the bin pretty often and recharging.

Manufacturer and customer service is nonexistent when their product breaks down and stops working after only six months of light use. I bought this mop a year ago, it stayed in the box for six months untouched. When I do use it, I clean it out and dry it every time. Fast forward to the year minus one day, the vacuum decides to lose suction and mix up its “verbal declarations.” Turn it off, and it says, “Self Cleaning Started,” turn it on, and it says, “Suction Mode.” Cool…Surely the manufacturer will stand by their product and issue a refund or send out a new device… WRONG! This company wants me to ship the entire unit back to them (ON MY PACKAGING DIME) for a “diagnostic investigation.” A WHAT? I sent them pictures and a video of the unit leaking dirty water all over my floor… surely you can tell it’s not working properly- and I’m not doing that! Why should I be inconvenienced because your $600 vacuum isn’t worth a nickel? BOTTOM LINE: BUYER BEWARE- Save yourself the headache and coin and just get a lil Bissel Crosswave ***Don’t be fooled by the shiny, shouting, and hyper people on Instagram shilling this thing out. Why? Because when their units break down, they send them new ones, I know because the same thing happened to the woman I was introduced to this product by, and guess what, they sent her a new one, go figure. I should have known then.

I spent a lot of time comparing wet/dry vacuums before deciding on the DREAME H12 Dual Smart Wet Dry Vacuum, and I’m really glad I chose this one. EDIT 10/7: I got it to work a few days after the I left the review. Not sure what changed but I waited to update to make sure it would last. So far so good. I use it once week to clean my hard floors. Seems to first appear to leave streaks but dries well. I love the self clean portion. Stick vacuum works well although i wish there was even stronger suction. 8/31: Just got the product. Got a faulty one. Tried the stick vacuum first and it worked amazing. Then tried the wet vacuum which is the main component and it doesn't work. It keeps saying to fill the clean water tank. I first had it partially filled, higher than the indicator for the minimum amount needed for self cleaning. Then I filled it completely and still the same message.

I am estatic with this purchase! It easily vacuums and mops at the same time on my lvp/tile floors. The best part is that you can also attach the vacuum only piece and vacuum without mopping. Or attach the suction attachment to clean the couch crevices or a quick mess when my toddler drops half his lunch on the floor! It does self clean and self dry with the push of a button. It really is an all for the price of one product. Before I found this I had purchased the Tineco Floor One S5 Pro 2. It was great as well but you were only able to get close to the baseboards on one side of the Tineco due to only having one flush side. The Dreamtech is flush on both sides so I’m able to effectively clean by my baseboards without having to do alot of extra maneuvering. No more getting out the vacuum, and then getting out the mop and then putting all that stuff away. You can get it all done with one product. It’s so efficient and saves me so much time!
