The media could not be loaded. This was our gift to each other for Christmas this last year. So far, it’s been incredible! We purchased the Dual version so we could have the separate vacuum and attachments since two of our bedrooms have carpet. Previously, I used the spin mop and occasionally the Swiffer Wet Jet. My floors never really felt clean. After using this, boy was I right. I was embarrassed with how disgustingly dirty the water was after I finished using it the first time haha. Anyway, this mop vac is a little scary at first. But I quickly got the hang of it. Just read through the manual a few times first. I love how it basically moves itself. You just have to steer it. It picks up pet hair and food crumbs very well and cleans all at the same time. We have 3 pets(all long hair) and two young kids, so there’s a lot of mess. Other reviews mentioned their machine having a smell to it(the brush roller & tank). I haven’t had this issue at all so far. I use the brush cleaning/drying feature after every use and clean out the tank. I will update if there’s any change. I love that you can clean right up next to baseboards and furniture without the machine sides getting in the way(the brush rollers extend all the way to the sides). The only con I have is your arm can get very tired quickly because it is quite heavy. As for the separate vacuum pieces, they work pretty well. I use the vacuum part on rugs and my bedroom carpet. I can tell that it’s probably not quite as powerful as my Shark vacuum on the carpet, but it gets the job done. The suction is pretty awesome overall though, especially on hard flooring. The scary part is, it is extremely top heavy because of the weight of the top part that detaches from the mop vac. So you cannot just let it stand up on its own. You have to lay it down or stand it against something secure. Your arm can tire very quickly as well from the weight of the mop battery. The smaller attachments have worked great as well-they’re easy to attach to the main battery. Overall, this mop vac is amazing and I have recommended it to several people. It’s pricey for sure, but had much better reviews than the Bissell Crosswave and Tineco(those are mainly paid reviews).

*The look is beautiful! The storage is great and easy to use throughout the home. Sadly it dosn't pass that! *Suction is very weak! Can't even use on very low carpet and usually find myself going over the tile multiple times also. *The self clean either just doesn't clean well or has no pressure to clean it? Always smells so bad even though I wash after every use despite the self clean capabilities. *Not good for pet hair or kids crumbs. Just an overall bad product sadly. *I advise not to purchase and save your money for a different brand or product.

I was really intrigued by the idea of a one stop job. I have had this for a few months now and am a bit disappointed. I was let down but the shear lack of suction. The number of times it got clogged or needed to be cleaned out was frustrating. My kids have chores and one forgot to empty the waste directly following and it really started to stink. I scrubbed the container but it seems to get moldy/stinky very easily if not rinsed every time. I put hydrogen peroxide in the water refill and that seemed to help. I bought the 4-in-one for the purpose of cleaning my vehicle and cabinet shelving. The suction power was sad. I found that I needed to get out my trusty Kirby to get the deeper crevices. I guess that is what you get with a battery powered device. :(

I loved this when I first got it. This worked very well and had no problems. Almost 2 yes later it doesn't want to work anymore. It's not sucking anything up and it's just pushing water around. It sad. I really enjoyed this product when it did work. But honestly for the price and how long this product could possibly last for before it quits working you could find a cheaper option.

I love the wet mop. BUT if there is dried food on the floor it does not come off easily. You have to run over it multiple times just to start getting it to come off. It does pick up stuff better than the dry vacuum. The battery life if good, could be better. It can drain pretty quickly. I don't like hat I have to keep the sticker on the display otherwise it's blanks besides showing how much charge it has. Otherwise I don't know what setting it is at :( When you switch to the dry vacuum part, I find that it does and okay job vacuuming but because the pipe is so small it gets clogged a lot. It was a bit pricey for what it actually does. Now worth how much I spent. Could be worth it for maybe $200
