I originally wanted the bigger Melissa and Doug rug however Amazon would not ship it to my area. I instead opted to purchase two of these during a lightening deal. It is not thick or plush but it does make a difference on our tile floor so I am pleased. It is small but perfect for a small room that you want a small carpeted area for play. My child also loved playing with the race cars that were included and they moved easily on the rug.

Son has been getting more "in" to playing with matchbox sixed cars, and "driving" them around the house. This is a nice toy for him to use when we want the cars to be more contained. Mat is durable and attractive looking. Several different areas to it for different imaginative play - race track, pit stop, victory circle, etc. The included wooden cars are nice, as would be expected from Melissa & Doug! Very happy to have this in our home.

I hate to write this review. I love Melissa & Doug and have purchased many items for gifts and for my grandchildren. This rug was a huge disappointment. Opened it up and placed on the floor. My grandson immediately started playing with his cars on it. I didn’t notice until later it had two runs in the rug. I’m not expecting it to last very long.

Bought this for my son and he loves it. He had so many cars and now he can drive them around on the mat. He was so excited when he opened it. It is a very nice quality mat, and the race track design is really cool. He loves it! We have had it for about a month now and it holds up well even with vacuuming.

Such a cute rug, my 13 month old son loved it as soon as it came out of the box! It even comes with 4 little numbered cars which was a nice suprise because i didn't notice them in the stock photo. I think every little boy would love this

This rug is very cute. My 5 year old loves playing on it. It does tend to slip so I bought some non-slip rug corners and it stays in place. Colors are bright and the 4 wooden cars it came with are cute!

The media could not be loaded. My nephew loves playing racing while watching car’s movies. Decided to look for a track and found this rug. It has everything just like the movie. he loves it and the wooden cars that come with it.

I purchased this as a gift and the parents were happy . It was another of the play rugs pieces. I wished they would velcro along the edge to another pieces.
