Fancy hearing aids seem to be about $3000 or more for a pair. To me VANITY. People don't want others to know they have hearing difficulties. Most of the people we all know are friends, relatives and co-workers and they won't think any less of you because your hearing device is visible. These are rechargeable which is great (Yes it does cost a small amount to recharge them but truly an insignificant amount in the great scheme of things). My wife is constantly changing batteries in her hearing aids. She has long hair and these hearing devices would not show but she makes her own decisions here and is willing to pay $3000. I think I have the much better deal here. Opinions vary. These are a true bargain. A++ ... show more

After having this device for 10 days, it fell apart while taking it off the ear. This is cheaply made. Update: Don't waste your money on the warranty offered. They make it impossible to file a claim.

    • So Far, So Good! Sound Feedback is Minimal. Can Actually Converse With Others Now

I have severe hearing loss. I was desperate to find on my own a hearing aid set that was suitable for me. This pair is the best I've had yet. I can make it so it doesn't whistle or beep feedback. Right now however I'm getting slow dull intermittent noises. Maybe my battery needs recharging. Also this pair goes up to 130 dB, which is perfect for my severe hearing. Edit: Actually, since I purchased these hearing aids, I've been cured of my severe hearing loss (which I had for 3 1/2 months). I went to an ENT Doctor who performed a delicate ear wax removal that my PCP was unable to do. I now have slightly above average hearing in my left ear, but slightly below in my right ear, which is where one of my hearing aids is right now. I'm indebted to Dellona for the great quality of this hearing aid set that gave me much needed help during my severe hearing loss. This blue set of mine will stay with me for as long as possible! I have two pairs of professional hearing aids that broke at the same time. One uses batteries and the other set charges. I was under warranty so I sent both sets back, but it left me deaf. So I purchased these hearing aids in February of this year. I’m very happy with them. Once you get them adjusted to suit you with the proper ear plugs, you can hear well. I’m clinically deaf and struggle all the time in difficult situations. These do not have Bluetooth technology, but I have used my phone speaker and I can communicate very well with them. They are big for my ears, but I really don’t care because I can still hide them. The price was great! The last a long time also before charging. I can hear my TV very well also. My expensive hearing aids came back, but I keep this one in my purse charged up just in case something goes wrong. If you have a short hair cut or short hair style, you may not be able to hide them. I also like the fact that you have control with them and not artificial intelligence. I highly recommend them for the price. You get two hearing aids and these are my own earbuds. They come with a pack of them, but I like mines. ... show more
