I love cooking in this pan. I make sure to use a wooden spoon or other scratch free utensil to stir food. I also cook on medium heat and watch for overheating. I would recommend this pan.

Very disappointed with the product. First use it was great, but the more we use it the less stick resistant it becomes. Even when sprayed prior to use food gets stuck on pan and no matter of soaking will get it off. We have ended up scrubbing the pan so hard to get the cakes on food off that is has scratched the pan to pieces.

Works great. I need a griddle pan that pancake didn't stick to even with butter and that didn't smoke too much. So far so good. Hopeful it last longer that the brands I have purchased in the past
