Absolutely sold on these picture frames - goodbye to heavy, dangerous glass - these use a high grade plastic sheet instead. Anyone who's dropped a frame with glass inside will understand. Much safer, especially if you have little kids in the home and they accidentally brush up against a photo wall.

These are simple frames. I elected to not use the mats that came with them since I needed the entire frame for my prints. Backs have 2 ways to hang abs many tabs to keep the print in the frame. Peel off the film on the front and back of the plastic so that it appears more like glass and is clear not foggy. Pleased with how easy they were to get apart and back together and can't wait I hang my prints. I still have to paint first. ... show more

I previously purchased these frames in a 2-pack. They were a little better than average with spring clips on the back. They also had hanging hardware and a stand. The frame is supposed to be solid wood and it looks like wood, so it was okay. The frame cover looks fine for plexiglass. Then I bought the 5-pack to match the ones I already had and they are not the same material. . The frames in the 5-pack have a plasticy look and feel and are white with a purplish tint. Not at all like the first two I purchased. One frame was damaged but its not worth sending back. I don't think I will purchase these again. ... show more
