Completely happy with this purchase. You get exactly what you pay for, read the description carefully. The frame and everything else are made of plastic. This means they are lightweight and won't break if they fall. It also means they won't protect your art from UV damage like glass would, and I'd rather not more plastic in the environment but I'm on a fixed budget. So, there are pros and cons. The matte provided isn't a real art matte, it's just a piece of paper with a hole cut out. Nevertheless, it provides a simulation of the real thing. See my attached photo, with a flower I did in Derwent Inktense pencils for an idea. They were well packaged, and arrived intact. The back opens up easily, and they provide hangers. I have not used the hangers provided yet, so I can't provide feedback on them, but I hope they will work on drywall. I'm poor and I wanted to frame a piece of art I did as an inspiration to do more art. These fit the bill perfectly. Update: I have now used the included plastic hangers. They work GREAT on drywall. I feel the need to address a few things I see in other reviews. The "sticky" sticker - there's a thin film of plastic on BOTH sides of the acrylic to protect it from scratches. If you remove this, like the instructions tell you 10x, the sticker comes off. With no residue. Lol. Now in her defense? The film is very thin, and I had trouble seeing it at first too. Go to a corner and drag a finger over it until it pulls off the plastic. Suddenly, the plastic is *much* clearer and brighter! Lol. Magic. The back feels too loose or too tight? Those clips are *adjustable*. They slide back and forth. Slide them back to remove the backing, and slide them forward after you put the clips in place. Maybe I'll upload a video. I ordered more of these frames, because they look so good on the wall, and they're the best value I could find. ... show more

This is an excellent value pack - you will be hard pressed to find a comparable set at this price point. The brown looks like real wood. Easy to hang - nice clean look. They are not the sturdiest things in the world but if you just hang them and leave them alone they are more than adequate.

I needed a specific size for almost 30 soccer programs that I wanted to put up in my rec room. These are inexpensive but sturdy enough that I won't worry about them falling apart or getting broken. I love that the "glass" isn't real glass as it keeps them light weight and the "glass" is less likely to break. My initial order was a 5 pack to try them out.     • Very cheap, thin, and flimsy, but inexpensive.

First and foremost, I bought them because they're incredibly cheap. Knowing that, they feel cheap, but don't necessarily look cheap. Once you have a photo (or whatever) mounted in them, everything buttoned up, and on the wall, they're fine. But working with the frame, the mat, the backing, and the 'glass' is challenging since it's all so thin flimsy and floppy. The frame is plastic. The backing plate is a pressed fiberboard type material with spring clips holding it in place. The 'glass' is a thin sheet of polycarbonate that has a protective film on both sides. The mat is nicely cut but a very thin piece of cardstock. I had to add some corrugated cardboard to the backside of my photograph to increase the thickness of the whole package to ensure things didn't slide around inside the frame. They're worth the asking price, but if you want NICE frames you should spend more money. I bought them to sell framed photographs while keeping my investment and the customer's purchase price down. ... show more

These are perfect for all the artist alley prints I buy. Easy to use and for essentially $5/frame, they are by far the cheapest frame while still maintaining quality. The hangers that come with it are easy to use and don't easily come off the wall, if you're worried about them falling (I had to move one slightly and it took quite a bit of effort 😅). Don't waste your time getting other frames if you have a bunch of stuff to hang, these are your guys. ... show more

These frames were perfect for my garage posters. For the price of 5 frames, I couldn't pass up. You must remove the protective film on both sides-just read the directions, Be Carefull! The plex-glass is very thin!! I handled it by only touching the corners, give yourself plenty of workspace. The clips are awesome, but make sure they are correct and in place. The glass and pic need to be flush in order to close the frame clip, do not force them! The clips go into the track opening. The frame itself is plastic but they have a matte smooth finish. The hang clips appear to be good quality. Take your time and you will be happy, I am happy with this purchase. ... show more

Nice frames. They're lightweight and make an attractive grouping on the wall of my study. I used them with the mats for 8x10 photos and they fit perfectly. I like the plastic cover; it's safer than glass if it should fall or be dropped. However, the frame itself will probably be damaged if it falls off the wall, it has happened to me twice (I have about a dozen of these frames in various sizes). In both cases I was able to coax the frame back into shape with a rubber mallet. The plastic mounting hook supplied with the frames are not great, they break easily (which is why two of the frames fell off the wall), but extra hooks are supplied in the package. Hint: The hooks each have 4 little nails, don't try to hammer them in all at once, use a nail set to tap them in one at a time - it's much easier that way and you won't have to hit it so hard that it causes another picture you just hung to fall down. ... show more
