With a cast from knuckles to elbow, no plastic bags were long enough or tight to prevent water from my cast. Thankfully, Amazon provides! Thrilled with the plastic sleeves. Small opening, however, stretch to accommodate wider cast at ends and snuggly contracts to a waterproof seal on my thin arm, even past elbow. Actually very large, the width, so would work for anyone. Fantastic to enjoy a long, hot shower without any water at all harming my cast. 3 in package. I'm still using the same one going on 3 weeks, perfect.

Used this after having hand surgery. I understand why they’re so large but do they all have to be so large? Work great, kept everything dry! However, I shouldn’t have to wrap it around my arm 4 times to get my wrist/arm back, right?

This is plastic sleeve is great. I used it for showering after wrist surgery. It was easy to get on and off. The seal for the upper arm was flexible going over that bandaging and secure around my arm so water did not leak into the sleeve. It's a wonderful solution for keeping the cast/bandages dry and each sleeve can be used several times.

These cast covers work great! I was worried when I saw the small opening and thought I would rip it trying to fit it over my cast. Just be gentle with it and slowly work it over a cast or bandage. I bought the 23 inch size to make sure it covered most of my entire arm. I try to keep it away from the running water but it still gets wet and keeps my cast safe and dry. So happy to be able to shower while dealing with an arm cast! I have so far used one cover every day for 8 days and it is still holding up. Definitely worth the purchase and would certainly recommend this product.

These do become moist inside after wearing in the shower. So much so you need to blow dry the inside. That being said, the cast did stay dry.
