The charger is backward compatible with Gen hearing aid models and current 2021 lineups available by these manufacturers. Hearing aids, once fully charged, will automatically turn off while inside the charger. Features a full 1 Year Manufacturer's Warranty. Power cable and wall adapter are included. The device Can be used with any USB or 110v outlet and comes with a USB cord that can be used with an international USB adapter. PLEASE NOTE: Not all Rexton devices can be charged with this station. The charger works well but my hearing aids are defective so I'll have to return the charger since I have no use for it. The company originally sent the wrong charger but corrected their mistake and immediately sent the one I ordered. They also sent a postage paid label for me to return the one that was sent in errror. My husband’s Signia hearing aids are 6 years old and the charging base simply stopped! Your product - available on safe, secure, Amazon was the only trustworthy option I could find anywhere. Important to Hear
I was thrilled to find a charger for my hearing aids at a price I could afford.

Don't buy. It didn't charge and I was unable to return them
This did not work to charge my hearing aides at all. One of them half way charged in the am the other was completely dead. I moved them around to get the correct blinking lights according to the instructions. It finally showed the correct light, but again, when i tried to use them, they were not charged. Do not buy. Cheap and unable to return even though it was less than 30 days. I do NOT recommend. ... show more

I Can Hear Again!
