This product is really good I loved it. My only complaint is that it was really strong so if you’re sensitive to smells I wouldn’t recommend other than that it’s amazing. I had half black and half red hair and I wanted to rid of the red and turn it black. I was worried it wasn’t going to look the same but it did. And it didn’t dry my hair out at all no burning. The hair dye works magically and it made my hair super soft and shiny. The only problem is that I thought the dark ash brown was gonna be lighter but it made my hair almost completely black. It didn’t damage my hair. I have used redken before but have been struggling to find the right color. I got very dark brown color. If you want dark brown I would only keep it on for 30 min max, after 45 it turns black
