love this goal so much! This goal is perfect for my 2 year old grandson. It is very sturdy, durable, and everything he needs. It adjusts from 4 -6 ft I think on the lowest setting. To get it on the lowest setting, leave out the middle pole. Don't put in the middle pole! I would say for ages 2-5, don't use the middle pole, because it won't let down to 4ft. ... show more

The basketball hoop was relatively easy to assemble and the family is enjoying having it in the backyard. The customer service is fantastic. I lost the plastic screw that holds in the sand. I contacted the company and they sent a new one free of charge for the part and shipping. Unfortunately, likely due to my poor description of the missing part, it was not the exact right part. So, they sent me the correct one the second time, again free of charge for the part and shipping. They were really nice about it, and it added to the experience of this already being a great product. Once I set all the pieces out, it was rather easy to put together. The base needs to be filled with sand or water (if outside, put a little antifreeze in it with water to keep from freezing in the winter) and the goal is super stable. Easy adjust for different heights. Great buy.

I am very happy with this basketball hoop, my grandson loves it and it's just the right size for him. He just turned five and I'm happy with the fact that it will grow with him. It had very good instructions and packing of the parts was excellent to make it easy to assemble. My husband and I put it together pretty easily I think one person could do it but it was definitely helpful to have two. The only thing I would say was they don't tell you to remove the one section to make it smaller until the very end so we had to take that part out which wasn't real difficult. ... show more
