100% would recommend this basketball goal. My 6 year old is obsessed with basketball and has played with this everyday since we purchased it. This is the perfect goal for any kid since it is adjustable to a max height of 8.5 feet. I always set it to 8 ft because that is the height of the goals in his rec league. It is easy enough to put together; a second set of hands is helpful but not required. I roll the goal into the garage every night on its lowest height setting due to HOA rules and it is easy for me to maneuver. I left it outside one windy day, set on 8 feet, and it did end up falling forward onto the driveway. The rim barely had a scratch and it has worked just fine since. I have two ground screws in the grass now and attach a strap to the eyelets when it’s out during a full day on the weekends, just in case. So far it has held up to thousands of basketball shots by my family and neighborhood kids. Don’t let the low price fool you, this goal is a great value. We take good care of it and expect it to last until my son needs to use a 10 ft goal in a few years. ... show more

We bought this for our son's birthday last August and so far it's held up very well. We haven't had any issues with it. It was easy enough to put together, and a good size for a tall 7 year old just learning basketball.

This is a nice basic hoop. Easy enough for my 8-year old to adjust the height. It has not blown over yet, but I'm a bit concerned at times in higher winds. It was easy to put together and is so far durable. The backboard is a bit load when the ball hits it. Sounds like a drum.

The media could not be loaded. Assembly was easy but after putting in 250 pounds at the base, the pole wasn’t very sturdy. It only adjusts from 10 feet to 8 feet. The pole does shake when the basketball hits the backboard. Overall, I would spend more money on something more sturdier definitely not going to last me more than five years. ... show more
