I like Feria best of most hair colors I've tried, it doesn't give you flat all-one-color. It doesn't smell bad and is easy to use. I wish they still made my favorite shade T64, but they don't and I'm constantly trying to find a new color to be my go to. This shade gave me a lighter overall look to my brown hair (I consider it light brown but apparently the industry considers it dark) so I color with blond shades that I consider light brown. The problem I had with this particular order is that the Amazon box and the product box were both stained brown. I found that the cap on the colorant wasn't closed correctly. There was still plenty of product, so I used it. Imagine the surprise when I finished the processing and found my gray hair still there! The product had done nothing. Have natural light brown hair. Bought this to go a shade or two darker. I’m not sure how brown hair dye bleached my hair but it did. I followed all instructions. Rinsed and conditioned after 25 minutes. And my hair is bleached and brittle and severely damaged. It’s so bad that I won’t be able to cover this with more hair dye. I’m so upset and now have to walk around feeling humiliated everywhere I go because of how bad this looks and is. If you value your hair, DONT buy this product online! I don’t know what they did to this to make my hair become bleached but I’m in tears! Looks much worse then the picture shows! ... show more
