They did not fit my small ear canal and kept falling out when I did anything also they had an annoying outside noise. I'm still at work saying What? All day, I can't hear my patients. It worked for a. Few weeks then nothing. I pump it up to the 3rd notch then it beeps 5 times and shuts off the only way to wake it up is to put hearing aids back in the case to reboot, but I can't always carry the case with me every where. I simply can't hear anyone. Also there is no way to contact the seller to return or fix it. So I'm out of $165.00. beware!!! ... show more

Works OK in one on one setting. Echoes and rings in group settings. Have to still turn up TV or revert to using my pocket talker for most TV shows.

This pair is as good as the one that I have that cost me over 4k. Only difference is the phone app that this one do not have. The volume control is built on the aid itself and is very easy to play with. Besides most of the time once adjusted, you just wear them like you are wearing the 4k ones. Right hearing aid stopped functioning after 2 months. No way to contact seller. Amazon should not be doing business with this type of seller.

After wearing very expensive Phonak hearing aids, these don't compare I bought as a secondary in case one of Phonak stopped working, but I really don't hear good out of them.
