I have used many "brands" of Coco Coir, this is not the same, it stays dense and does not expand well. I will use it for garden mixes. will not buy again, there are better options. Later I got a great response from the seller, a full refund, which they quickly rescinded and offered a five dollar refund!!!!! Also with suggestions on my water temperature, and compression... HUh? I will stick with Gro-Med
