It worked OK for a few weeks, then the right side quit delivering sound. It still responded to the Bluetooth. Fortunately, I had the Asurion protection plan. They say they will return my money (after an hour on their chat line). The product description doesn't mention any warranty and the included manual has no contact information if you have an issue. Why did the name change from BSLLTER to Grehge ooth? Are they trying to hide bad reviews? The "hearing test" is a joke. They play just a few beeps and you click when you hear them. One of the hearing aids failed so I got a replacement. A few weeks later, one of the replacement units failed followed by a failure in the other side shortly after that. It's sad because these are good devices aside from the horrible reliability: Very little whistling. A nice app. Good sound.

For over the counter aids these do the job. However in areas of loud noise they don't cancel it out. They work well for the price.

The only mode that worked was with setup in the app. Otherwise feels like you have muffling earplugs in. I had others help me review the user manual and videos, and they concur that these are not working. Pushing buttons did sound the tones to show it was in different modes, turned up volume, but nothing! Re-tuned, still nothing. Two months of messing with these and no help.     • Right side failed on two sets after a few hours
I was initially impressed with these $300 hearing aids, however the right side stopped amplifying external sounds the day after I received them. I returned the first pair, quickly received a new pair, yet the right side stopped working on this set. Bluetooth still works, and I can still run a test with the app, yet there is no external sound heard on the right side. I attempted to get support, yet was unable to find any for these specific hearing aids. ... show more
