Decent economy desk chair. It's not super thick, but not uncomfortable either. Not sure why anyone would expect executive quality cushioning when paying under $100. The description says executive design not quality. It took less then 20 min to put together. Everything lined up perfectly. It came with a better hex then the normal L shaped ones most people give which made assembly easy, and they give you gloves to protect your hands which was nice. The height is perfect for me. My desk is 29.6 inches high I think and the arms fit underneath no problem when not using it. And good height when keying and writing. I gave it 4 stars because the tilt control is stiff.

This chair is a great value for the money. Took me 30 minutes to unpack and assemble (I'm a 71 yo woman). All the holes aligned, and the T-allen wrench made fast work of tightening screws. If you make sure not to tighten the screws as you put on both arms, you can easily get both attached and then tighten all the screws. I did the assembly without a second person's help. The chair is almost a bright pure white, but it's just a touch creamy. I have a white and black decor, and the chair blends great with my stark white walls and other white furniture. But it also blends nicely with the rug beneath, which is tans, gray, brown, and a creamy light tan. Looks great! Now, as for comfort, I give it a nine out of ten. It'll sit you up straight for desk work, but if you loosen the tilt knob underneath the seat, it rocks, which is comfortable for streaming time. The seat lifts to an excellent typing height (I'm 5' 3.5"), and it lowers a good three inches, so that with the rocking tilt and low seat, it's great for long sessions of streaming or movie watching. As for the seat dimensions, it's not really 20" across; I measured it at 19.25" wide and 19" in depth. The seatback comes up to just above the top of my shoulders and feels very supportive--possibly too straight for some, but I like the solidly upright position. I sit for hours at my desk every day, reading and streaming, and my back is appreciating this chair's support. It's a nice-looking, supportive, well-made, and comfortable chair.

This chair is very well made and very easy to assemble. I appreciate the easy to follow booklet with clear instructions with parts all labeled and nicely wrapped. I BIG congratulations to the manufacturer to have the holes all matching perfectly, the screws went right on where they were supposed to go. I have bought many chairs and it is always frustrating to put them together when you need to push ou pull parts to get the holes to match. This chair was a breeze to put together. Highly recommended.
