Shipping / Packaging – The product arrived fast (within a week or so) and there was no damage to the box or product. Everything was packaged very nicely inside the box. Assembly – Overall, took maybe about an hour. Very straightforward and simple instructions. I’d recommend having someone there to help with assembly, as some of the steps become a bit more difficult unless you have four hands. There were no missing pieces and everything fit as intended. Quality – Fully assembled, this is a sturdy workout bench. I’ve stacked about 100 lbs. on a 6’ bar so far and have had no issues whatsoever. Very solid and sturdy bench. The seat to the bench is a bit loose / wobbly after a few weeks of usage, however this may just be due to the adjustability of the seat and the way it is designed. I’ve never felt compromised while lifting due to this issue, though. Overall – This is a fantastic bench for the price point. I have not exceeded the recommended weight limitations, however with the amount I am currently lifting it is a near-perfect product. I would recommend this bench.     • Great for the price!
I bought this as a middle ground for my husband and me. He wanted a bench in which he could do presses, and I wanted a squat rack. This fulfilled all our requirements and was such a great price. It doesn't have the fancy finishes of a more expensive bench, but it does the same thing. As a short person, I actually prefer this bench because I'm able to do chest-supported moves without my face pressed into the bench. One word of warning is to not rely on the tools provided. An impact driver speeds this up incredibly and makes the whole bench feel more secure. Also, one of our pieces came slightly bent, but it was nothing a rubber mallet couldn't handle. Nice bench and rack but the squat rack is a little unstable and the small bench seat portion moves or pivots which effects my workout

Well packed, easy assembly with adequate instructions. Although this is not a "gym quality" bench, it is fairly sturdy. I saw a few reviews critical of the stability of the uprights - they can move when re-racking the weights. While that is true, it is the nature of most free-standing uprights. I will bolt mine to the floor to keep this from happening. Overall I am happy with the functionality and quality of the bench. However, if you are expecting a gym quality bench for under $200, you will be disappointed. Also, if you are a high-level lifter, and plan to bench or squat heavy weights on a regular basis, you will need to look elsewhere. ... show more

    • Great versatile bench and rack
First I want to say they have great customer service. When I opened the box I first noticed that the pack with all of the bolts had broken open and half of the nuts were all over the box. I then noticed that the handle on one of the set bolts for the rack was broken. Fortunately all the nuts and bolts were there so I could put together both pieces. I called their customer service and they had a replacement at my house in two days. I bought this for its versatility and it exceeded my expectations. It supports an so many exercise options. I workout by myself so the safety catch is great option. The rack is great for light to medium lifts but if you plan to lift heavy you probably want to get a squat rack. Good product for the price but not great for heavier weights, either for squats or the bench. Awkward re-racking the bar due to the smaller size of the squat rack. Ideal for shorter people not lifting over 185lbs.

    • Looks and Feels more expensive than the current price
We bought this to our 16 y/o nephew who found building his own gym a new outlet during the pandemic. He holds a black belt in taekwondo and loved this addition to his gym equipment. The assembly was not a problem. The equipment is well-balanced, nothing rocks since the legs are even. The joints are firm and feels very strong so he will be using this monster for quite a while. The bench feels just right, firm but not hard on the body or skin. We plan to buy another set for a different gymrat. Great product! ... show more

UPDATE: after writing a negative review and contacting the company to complain, I finally heard back from them and they sent out a new part and it works now. My honest opinion is that it is decent for the price you pay. Don’t expect more. Original Review: Holes are drilled off-center making the product useless. Reached out to the seller 11/4 and have not heard back as of 11/13. I do not reccomend this product, it is DEFECTIVE!! ... show more
