So I have had my Blaidsx Neuros for a day or so now. Impressions so far: does what it says on the box. Initial setup with app was simple to do. The process of generating the basic audiogram was painless. The profile created seems to have done the trick as I am hearing things with clarity that have been missing from my life for some time (these are my first hearing aids). The setup as a hearing device under accessibility on the iPhone was a little trickier but once you have it done it works well. I have looked at more expensive prescription hearing aids but they are so damn expensive. Will I regret not having all the extra bells and whistles? Only time will tell. But so far I am more than pleased with the Blaids.

i was returning blaids hearing aids because not working. they sent notice that they were sending refund because did not arrive .it did just did not work. now what to do with items i have. customer service said all is well and hung up. what to do with item. you paid me for item now send a label to send it to you so i am not keeping what does not belong to me

When they work they are fine. But most times when I open my phone, they drop out. Without opening app. Always drop out when opening app. There were a few times they dropped out for no reason. Hopefully with a little time they will get dailed in better. OK ENOUGH TIME PAST. 4.5 STARS I have found after some adjusting I am enjoying some improved hearing and sounds I have not heard in a long time. They still have occasional feedback. Which other people hear too. Yea that loud. But when dialed in for the setting they work very well. But the are still a very fancy and adjustable amp. When set ideal for conversation in the living rm of open floor plan. The sounds of dishes, pots, pans etc. Clashing in kitchen come in very loud. They will not be perfect in every setting. Unless you take the time fine tune. But in general they work very well. Some basic adjustments are quick and easy to make. But you will need to take the hearing test to get as close as possible to what you need. A lot of the advanced adjustments are the kind of things the $3k pair does automatically. If there are location you go to regularly. You may want to make fine tuning adjustments to 1 of 4 environment defaults. Then use that button for your favorite location. Like stadiums, restaurants, clubs, etc. Nothing says the outdoor button when finely tuned. Can't be your teams stadium. Take your time and adjust it to work for You. Or just cough up 5 times more money for ones that do it automatically. Ok New Update.... The left charging light in the charging case no longer works. They are not charging evenly. And they have just dropped out a few times now for no reason. I don't like that when you open the App the nears go dead. They come back once connected but that seems to be taking longer now sometimes they are dropped completely and have to be paired again. I liked then when they worked, but they seem to be steadily getting worse. I might give then a 2nd chance by replacing what I got. Maybe I got a Friday 5 O'clock or Monday 8am pair.

Once it's set up, with telephone help it works well It helps with clarity, sound is really good. Must have a hearing test to set it up

They work better than amplifiers, you do need an app to use all the features but it's user friendly. These are comfortable and discreet, you can wear them with glasses, I will say the buds aren't the best fit for my ears but that's a personal issue. The volume is loud but the audio sounds flat. In noisy environments they work more like amplifiers, they will pick up voices but the background noise too. As far as video and phone usage, easy to connect to Bluetooth, turns on when you take them out of the case. These do have an echo when buffering or adjusting to a new video but that goes away after a few seconds. These do not squeak, squeal or receive any feedback or static. Months later of using I noticed they charge fast and hold it for a long time and that I'm just as happy as I was when I first received them

I’ve been struggling with hearing loss for a few years and tried a few different hearing aids, but nothing compares to these BlaidsX Neuro. First of all, they’re super comfortable I forget I’m even wearing them most of the time. The sound quality is crystal clear, and I love how easy it is to customize everything with the app.

This was the worst set of hearing aids. I've tested. After doing a hearing evaluation and letting it Auto adjust the sound with horrible manually, it was worse. Total waste of time and overpriced
