Pros: No app required Has a 3 step cycle that ensures wet excrement does not get smeared all over the inside during the clean cycle You can unpack and put it together in 5 minutes without even reading the instructions - SIMPLICITY Comes with a mat AND liners The price is excellent. You're not going to find a better product for this price. Period. Cons I haven't found any yet. Loved it so much I bought a second one. I previously paid 800 for a litter robot that was error prone, complicated, impossible to clean, routinely had smeared cat crap inside, and stunk so bad even when it was clean that I threw it in the trash and went back to manual cleaning. I feel like that speaks volumes it itself. It was so bad that I literally spent 800$ and decided I'd rather scoop it myself.

I’ve tried a few automatic litter boxes before, but this one has been the best experience by far. From the moment I set it up, it was clear that a lot of thought went into the design. The open-top style makes it easy for both of my cats to use. I have one large cat and one smaller rescue, and they both adjusted to it right away without hesitation. The built-in safety sensors are a huge plus. I love knowing that the cleaning cycle automatically pauses if one of the cats jumps in, then starts again once they’ve left. It gives me peace of mind, especially since one of mine tends to be curious about moving parts. Cleaning is incredibly easy. The waste compartment holds quite a bit, so I only need to empty it every few days even with two cats. The included liners make the process quick, and the litter mat really helps reduce tracking around the house. Another thing I really appreciate is how quiet it is. It runs softly enough that it doesn’t scare the cats or disturb me at night. The first time it cleaned itself, I barely noticed it was on. Setup was simple too. The pieces fit together easily, and the instructions were clear. I even took it apart once just to see how it cleaned inside, and it was no problem putting it back together. Overall, this litter box has made my life a lot easier and my home cleaner. It does exactly what it promises, and both of my cats seem more comfortable using it. The only small thing I’d improve is having a better guide for which liner bags fit best, but that’s hardly an issue. If you’re looking for a reliable self-cleaning litter box that actually works and doesn’t make a mess, I’d highly recommend this one. It’s worth every penny.

I love how much space this has for my pet. The design is very clean and convenient because it has a box underneath that collects the poop and urine. It helps keep the area cleaner, so my pet doesn’t step on pee or poop when going inside. Makes cleanup so much easier and keeps everything smelling fresher. Definitely a great buy!

This is a great automatic litter box overall, and it does exactly what it’s supposed to do. However, there’s one major design flaw that significantly impacts the user experience: the button placement. The control buttons are located on the front of the unit, directly where cats frequently step when entering and exiting. As a result, my cats constantly activate the buttons by accident, causing the machine to stop, start, or otherwise react when it shouldn’t. This happens often enough that it has become a daily frustration. Honestly, it’s difficult to understand how this design made it through real-world testing. If the product was tested in a household with active cats, this issue would likely have become apparent very quickly. The placement seems disconnected from how cats actually interact with the unit. What’s especially frustrating is that the solution appears simple: move the buttons to the side, top, or another location that cats can’t easily step on. The technology itself works well, and the product has a lot going for it, but this single design decision creates an unnecessary problem. I still recommend the product because it performs its primary function very well. However, the button placement is surprisingly poor and feels like a major oversight. With a redesign of the controls, this could easily be a five-star product.

This litter box was a great purchase. It's just the right size. My kittens (now 5 months old) both like this box and got used to it within a few hours of me setting it up. They both actually prefer this now over my manual litter box. Had this for a few months now, originally I set it to manual mode (click to clean) but now have put it into automatic now that my kitties are big enough. So far, it's been working great! The smell is contained, and the compartment that the poo drops into is well sealed. There's no app which I actually prefer because I hate how everything needs to be connected to the internet. The only downside that that there isn't any indicator that the trash bin is full, other than the top stopping half way through during the cleaning cycle, but that's not really a problem if I clean out the box once a week. ============ EDIT 1 ============ After 6 months, the unit broke. It got stuck when it rolled back, and won't come back down. The litter waste container is empty, and there's nothing in the unit other than litter. It won't roll back down. I tried restarting it and clicking on all the buttons multiple times but nothing worked. The unit essentially died on me. I later found that parts of the plastic gear snapped, so this unit is dead. Money wasted. Only worked for six month. ============ EDIT 2 ============ I reached out to the company, and they are sending me a replacement. They have good service. Resetting it back to 5 stars because my unit breaking could be a one-off, and customer service are sending another unit to replace it, free of charge. Good customer service.
