I purchased this for my son and it was wonderful for the first month. He went on vacation, however, and when he looked at the app it said that the cat had not been in it for a day-so I had to go over and fiddle with all the buttons -there’s no easy place to go to to get your questions answered so I went out and bought a $30 cheap one as a back up as this one is no longer self cleaning and letting my son know how often the cat goes in it -$250 waste of money -can someone share their experiences, or solutions for this machine On auto clean, but no longer self cleaning And reporting on the app - ... show more
