I’m so glad that I tried this pan! Nonstick surface makes it so easy to make personal size 2 egg omelettes. You only need to add a small drop of olive oil before putting in the eggs. My favorite recipe so far is to use 1/4 tomato, fresh mozzarella and basil. The spatula was also good and a breeze to flip and the omelette ends together. I bought the medium size and can take up to 4-5 eggs. Easy to clean, just wipe the excess oil first with a paper towel or used napkin before washing with soap and water.

After years of trying to make thin rolled omelets in Euroepean or American skillets and pans, I finally bought a dedicated tamagoyaki pan. While I usually steer clear of unitaskers, this is small enough and useful enough to justify its place in my kitchen. Gives great results. The silicone spatula is perfect for the job of gently lifting and rolling without tearing the eggs. Works best with 3-eggs poured in two batches - pour, roll, pour more lifting the roll so the new egg runs under, then roll and enjoy.

I never wrote reviews on amazon. But for this product, I have to say something. DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT. IT IS BAD FOR YOUR HEALTH. It is defected in the sense that it is made of toxic aluminum AND the coating on the pan is suspicious. The first time I used it this morning, the omelette I made carried a suspicious smell. Because of the bad quality of the product, the omelette can easily burn (while other good quality safely coated pans never burned my omelettes). Both my daughter and I had a slight stomachache after eating the eggs. We never had any similar uncomfortable problems with our other pans. I returned it right away. I hope they can refund me. In a word, this product is suspicious. Please DO NOT BUY it for your health.

So like the headline says, be very careful of the tiny handle. My husband has twice burnt his hand because the wooden portion is rather small and that hot bit comes up pretty high. The function is definitely 5 stars But other than that, this little thing is boss. The non-stick is phenomenal, seriously nothing at all sticks. Mind that you don't get stuff on the outside (just like any other pan honestly). Very cute and awesome :) It works great for a single/double serving of tamagoyaki or just scrambled eggs.

I've rolled so many kinds of omelette's since I bought it. I've rolled cheese and veggies for the kids. I've rolled little sausages in eggs. I've used it to cook meat, saute veggies and make grill cheese sandwiches. Nothing sticks. It came with the big pink and white spatula that helps roll the egg and fits perfectly in the pan. Its functional and cute. It is small though. Perfect for one person to cook small portions in, or roll omelette's one at a time.

This little pan is both cute and functional. I got the pink one and it came with a pink spatula for rolling the omelets which makes things super easy to get the right shape. I've experimented with different things in the eggs but my mom and I both seem to prefer a tiny tiny bit of salt and some pepper. Green onions finely chopped are good too. I also tend to add a small sprinkle of cheese to the innermost layer for a cheesy core. The pan is non stick and the little brush for oil is just perfect. I use it generously while cooking. This pan can handle three eggs but makes a nicer shape with two. Cleanup is also easy. I do not use scrub sponge for the cleaning only soft sponge. The outside is showing some signs of wear after a few months of use but the inside is still pretty and non stick. I've also fried a few eggs just regular instead of omelet style in it and works just fine. This is a regular use item in my kitchen now and I love it. Edit: so, very regular use! The pan isn't quite as cute as it was, but it's still gloriously useful. I make the rolled omlets in it, but I have also been using it for single serving frying stuff. A single hamburger, an egg or two, some meatballs, ect. Just small perfect for one person things. I still use it roughly once a week, it's still non stick. I try to be gentle with the heat (for tamagoyaki medium is perfect, medium high for hamburgers) and the pan does good by me.

I love this little pan! It's perfect for making eggs and omelets for an easy breakfast. And they look so perfect! It's good for 1-2 eggs (you could probably do more but I haven't had the need to) and makes very neat folds. I've done mixes with 1 egg, crumbled sausage, and cheese in my pan and tossed them into sausage rolls for breakfast. I've also folded ny egg mix into a square for English muffin sandwiches. The pan is small, easy to clean, and nonstick. I also love that the spatula it came with is oerfectfor the pan.
