Easy to install, and functions wonderfully! I was skeptical of the solar charger for the battery, but it's been keeping the battery charged even on these short and gloomy midwest winter days. Some reviewers have questioned how it would function in cold temps. We had several days around -15 F, and mine functioned flawlessly. I often change the time that I want it to open based on weather expectations for the day, and I love that it's super quick and simple to change the settings. I've heard a lot of complaints from fellow chicken owners about their doors not working well, so I was skeptical about getting one. I've had no problems at all, and I'm so glad that I purchased this! It's given me a lot more freedom to be away from home without having to be there to let the chickens in or out every day. I highly recommend this door. ... show more
