The bunny pictures is a baby baby. So you can see for yourself the size comparison. It's ok size wise. It's very cute and offers the second level for a den I suppose. However the bottom level will be the most accessed area for the littler box, water and feed space. Bunnies eat where they poo. The height of the floor to the second level dens floor wouldn't allow me to place the small hay feeder where the litter is. This is a problem. As well as being able to access the temporary litter box to remove daily to clean. I have to crawl into the cage to remove it. That is the only area where a litter box can be placed. I wish there was a small access door there as well. I have a new litter box on the way and I hope that one works out better. I was also missing some screws and had to have my son find something that would work. We got it together either way. I can tell that someone put this together prior to me getting it and there was damage to the roof area. But it is what it is and I'm sure it won't stay perfect forever anyway. I have a second one ordered for a bunny my son is getting so it wasn't horrible enough to keep me from purchasing again.

I was not sure about ordering this hutch because the reviews were both good and bad. I am pleased with the purchase, but would have liked it to be a little less money. The wood is not the greatest, but it is not the worst either. There were a couple of pieces that did not have pre-drilled holes, so I would suggest making the holes yourself so you don't split the wood. It did not take long to put together at all. I would say it was fairly simple. The latches on the doors are pretty cheap but do the trick for now. All in all though, I am pleased with this hutch. We have it indoors and our bunny loves it. It is just the right size to fit in my girls room and enough space for their bunny to run around. We bought "fake grass" for the bottom and it works perfectly. I would recommend this product.

My 6 year old son is a pet lover. Fish, lobsters, hamsters, snakes, lizards and now a rabbit. Got him a dwarf bunny and kept it in a large cage in the house over the winter. Decided it would be a lot cleaner to keep outside when the weather is nice so we bought him this cage/house for the yard. Its a winner. Overall it is a little bigger than his cage inside and with the upper level(which could have used a screen over the flat metal plate due to him sometimes pooping/peeing on it and it puddling) for a hiding place against the weather and about 4 feet length on bottom allowing him to jump around a little, he seems happy. It is made sturdy enough that it should stay where you put it. Its not meant to be moved around a lot after its built as it will break if you are not careful with it. Don't get me wrong, it is sturdy enough, just not meant to be moved too much. its small 1 inch pieces of frame wood, not 1x3's or 2x4's. There is no floor so unless you are going to have it directly on the ground, you will need to build a floor/platform. I have only had a few months so I don't know how its going to handle the elements. I am in Maryland so we get plenty of rain and snow. If it makes it thru the year it will be well worth the 100 bucks I paid for it.

Someone said rabbit cage??? No no no this should be labeled as a hamster mansion or simply a hamster cage... for something that's not meant for drwaf hamsters was a little worried about escape spots because they are escape artist but it is SECURED all around... hamsters loves space and toys and this cage has it written all over it... FINALLY A CAGE THAT I DIDNT HAVE TO DIY BUT YET FIT MY HAMSTERS PERFECTLY.... I love it they love it and it is bigger than I thought but I fell in love more... disclaimer ALL ITEM IN THE CAGE IS NOT INCLUDED BUT PURCHASE UNDER 50 DOLLARS SEPERATELY.... I have been literally searching for a perfect cage for a long time and its the ONE. And for the price and the space it offers its a STEAL. And I love the wood because its harmless to my gerbils it actually helps me. They keep there teeth healthy... the wood is also sturdy and good quality, it has zero odors... like those fresh odor or pain odor NONE. I love it I love it I FREAKING LOVE IT

It’s cute, and I found it easy to put together with two people. I would have struggled by myself. The wood is very soft so I didn’t need to pre-drill holes. The picture instructions were sufficient. My concern is that the materials don’t really appear to be made for the outdoors, with the exception of the roof/shingles. I question how long it will last out in the elements. It could also use another coat of paint where the wood was painted white. Rating 3 stars from a quality to cost perspective.

I did a LOT of searching for rabbit hutches before settling with this one, because my rabbit had always been in a cage, and I love it. Boyfriend put it together with no issues in about an hour. Pretty easy assembly, no missing or broken/chipped pieces. Very spacious for my rabbit, he loves to sleep up top and play in the bottom. He enjoys this hutch more than his old cage so much, that he often prefers to hang out in there instead of free-roaming. I keep it in our living room with a small rug underneath to keep messes off the floor. I haven’t tried it outside yet. Very easy to clean. Sometimes the pull out tray gets stuck with bedding, but otherwise it’s not a big deal. He does chew on it sometimes, as expected, but it still looks great. As long as I keep cardboard in the cage he doesn’t chew on it. Had it for almost two months now and I’m glad I purchased this one over the others I saw. Great price, too. Very satisfied.

I bought this hutch for my daughter who has 2 bunnies. The assembly was fairly easy with the exception of one of the pieces in which the pre-drilled holes were backwards. Luckily we have a small drill and were able to drill new screw holes on the correct side. Also I will add to pay attention to the dimensions because the picture shown when ordering is deceptive; it shows 2 bunnies in the hutch with plenty of extra space on the ground floor ,however those must be miniature bunnies because it is not that roomy for 2 average rabbits. On the bright side, the upper loft is perfect during inclement weather. The hutch is sturdy and made well. I would recommend this product. :)
