Great product that works well with the Autel chargers. I had my EV charger installed out of view from the street. What I wasn't thinking about was that I was going to be dragging the cord over the fence every time I needed to charge. I picked this up to thread it through the fence and install on a post. So far it has worked great! Solid construction and the charger end clips cleanly in.

This is a great adapter, and is really high quality, I think it's going to last for a long time. I use this indoors, though it should work fine outdoors with the cover over the plug. I didn't use the included hardware, and used my own screws and anchors, as I was mounting this on drywall, but it's not holding up a ton of weight, so I don't think they would be a problem, either way. It was an easy install, and there are two extra screw holes, but it was so sturdy with just the four from the connector, that I didn't bother using those. The port isn't compatible with my Chevy Volt plug, so I ended up having to lay it out across it the cord, instead, but there's plenty of room, and it's hung right next to my EVSE on the wall, so it gets the cable out of my way, which was the biggest reason for me to use this. It's a little pricey, but a must if you're looking to store your cord outdoors, and it looks like it's going to hold up for a long while. Just keep in mind that if you have a Chevy Volt (at least a Gen 1 like me), I would look for something else if you're looking to hang it up outside, as it won't plug into this unit.

This holder mounts solidly and keeps the J1772 connector locked in place without wobble. The hook supports the cable well and prevents kinks or drag marks on the floor. Installation was quick with the included hardware, and the holster lines up naturally when you dock the nozzle. A simple, sturdy way to clean up the charging area and protect the connector.
