I bought this display refrigerator Dec 2021 and it stopped working Aug 2023. I called the company thinking that it was still under warranty (3 year warranty). I was told that if I bought it 1 month later (Jan 2022) it would be under warranty and, but since I bought it in 2021 the warranty was only 1 year (what changes?) and they refused to help. No one in my area would service this fridge. Now I am stuck with a $2000 cabinet.

This unit is attractive, runs quietly and seems to be well made. Only non-shipping related issue was that one of the shelf mounting strips was .3" lower than all the others so one corner of the shelves is unsupported. Not hard to fix with a spacer, but that was the only quality control issue I encountered. Shipping was another matter... I ordered first unit and it arrived, as scheduled, with driver courteously moving unit into my small retail shop. Only problem is once it was unpacked the unit seemed to have been run into by several forklifts in its travels - maybe dropped off a loading bay - who knows. Sadly, it was unusable with dents, crumples, punctures and the unit separating at a seam inside the unit from shipping abuse. Sad to have to return it. Contacted Amazon and passed around to different reps. A date and time was set for pick up. Waited around all day and nobody showed up despite emails and texts reminding me to be available at the set time. No follow up by shipping company. Called Amazon back and they said they saw that a pick up was scheduled and don't know why it didn't happen. They rescheduled. I waited around a second day (10 days after the first date) - nobody showed up. Contacted shipping company this time with info supplied by Amazon. They said, "Oh, you are in a remote place. Amazon schedules stuff often without actually knowing if the timing can be met... we get this all the time. Actually we don't even work in your area and had to subcontract to a local carrier". It was a frustrating situation and is still being navigated almost a month after the original delivery date.. THEN... we ordered a replacement unit and it was delivered as scheduled but this shipping company said, "Oh, no we don't deliver inside a building". So I had to wheel a 252lb unit down one step and into the building with my own dolly, which I was capable of doing, but not everyone would be. As it turned out, this unit also suffered some dents and punctures which were primarily cosmetic. Also the automatic door closer (a piece of plastic at the bottom of the door) was snapped in two. I give Premium Levella a lot of credit for how they handled this. They are getting me a replacement auto door closer part and have refunded 30% of the purchase price due to the damage. It seemed fair and they were quick to respond. I would recommend this unit, but wanted to relate the many shipping issues just so others are aware. I would also suggest that Premium Levella consider protecting their items better (improving the packing of their units) to help avoid damage in shipping.

A stand-up organization. Great product. Ordered one but it came in with shipping damage. No problem with return. Reordered and was shipped immediately. One day later it went on sale and the company honored the sale price. Thank you, Levella. Very happy!

This was packaged with a ton of styrofoam and after unboxing it there are two HUGE dents on both sides of the unit. Additionally there are random scuff marks on parts of it as well.

Refrigerator stays around 42 even when set to the lowest setting. If you like barely chilled coors lights this is the fridge for you. If you like cold beer; steer clear!

Edited Rating: Changing my rating from 1 star to 4. I give customer service 3.5 stars. They sent an Entirely new unit, free of charge and no shipping costs. On the down side, new unit will also not go lower than 41º. So the refrigerator drops to .5 rating. Customer service is outstanding. Unit will not drop below 41º F. I’ve had 2 different repair men out to fix it and they both said the same thing. The unit is trash. Replaced a few parts that were under warranty, and still cannot get it to drop below 41º If you want to keep anything actually cold I would suggest purchasing from a different company. If you just want this for keeping sodas and beer chilled then this might be right for you.
