It never got well and after having it adjusted several times it ended up in the drawer never to be used again. Since then my hubby has used other amplifier devices with varying results. His last pair has quit and now his hearing was significantly worse. I ordered a couple of different sides that were all returned for different reasons. Once he received this one he immediately set it up with the app. It has now been 2 months and he is very happy with the comfort, design, and his ability to hear better. I purchased this product in may . The charger quit working in June. I contacted Amazon and they said I would have to contact the co. I did , well for two months they have given me lies. They told me to wait two weeks and they me a charger they have led me on for two months now! I waited patiently and when u contact them they will give you an excuse! Been the worst experience I have ever had on AMAZON PRODUCT. Do yourself a favor and don’t get this product! I am going to report them.

this product is outstanding value for the low cost works well with the app and has a great charging system above ans beyond the product is thier great customer service.My right ear hearing aid after 5 months quit holding a charge I contacted the warraty dept and was helped to try and get5 it working to no avail.The person then walked me through the waranty process and send me a replacement in 3 days.I have bought a lot of producty on line and customer services is always a problem not with arptur they are great highly recommend this product and company

The volume of the hearing aids was quite good, however, there were two items that did not work for me: 1) They were quite bulky, very visible and unattractive. 2) When the Bluetooth was active while listening to the TV, conversations with people around you were not possible. Also the left & right hearing aid would cycle back and forth often.

These are technically good but are made for large ears. I had to return mine because they would not stay in my ears

Got these as I have issues hearing when there's background noise as in resturants, etc. They didn't work for me as you can hear white noise from the product as well as the background noise. I played with the settings but no luck. Worse when car window was open while driving.

Third try on over the counter hearing aids. Bluetooth worked on all, but the two lower cost ones both suffered from wind noise and feedback. They uniformly raised the volume of all frequencies. These: 1. Hearing test in phone app set up device so they were independent of the phone. 2. Three noise reduction levels work well. 3. Bluetooth works well on music and phone calls. 4. Device buttons control Bluetooth on and off without phone. Ambient conversation volume is controlled with same buttons.
