For the money I think it’s a great bench. The adjustable lumbar support is really comfortable. Note my dumbbells don’t go past 50s and I weigh 175 and I’m 5’8 . I have done decline sit-ups on it and seems sturdy. If your a really big guy and using very heavy weights then you’ll probably want an upgrade but if your an average size guy this bench is great value in my opinion. Also it basically comes assembled really easy to setup.

This bench is well made. It is able to hold a 300 lb man doing bench press. It can be shifted to be flat or at an incline. It is very easy to use. When finish with workout it can be easily folded to take up less space. It is the perfect bench for a home gym with limited space.

Recently, I’ve been feeling a need to reinforce the muscle in my hands and arms and chest. Although there’s a debate on how much I wanted to spend on this equipment, in view of myself as a senior, then I selected this beginner’s weight bench to start. The equipment was a light weight and very easy to assemble, ie 5 to 10 minutes. This equipment was very easy to adjust the backrest height, seat, footrest…etc and it’s very stable after sitting and lifting dumbbells in different position. I am very satisfied with this beginner’s bench.
