Good value for money. Am older and just use this for light weight training. It is portable, so can be moved around easy. We keep it on our back screened in porch, and then move it to other rooms when colder. It is also good just to sit on out in the garage and take cell phone calls when one needs to get away from the noise in the house. ... show more

    • Not durable or built solid
If you want a bench that is actually stable and durable. This is not the bench if you’re using it for flat chest press maybe that’s the only thing you can get out of it. I run a gym and I have tons of clients coming in and out and we have found that we can’t use this bench for anything it wobbles and tips. I don’t trust my clients with it. They are a pain when you’re trying to return it they keep messaging you trying to negotiate a 15% to keep the product claiming if you return it you have to pay shipping fees, but yet I got a free shipping label from Amazon Pay attention to how long the legs are because the fact that it’s so short and narrow it is why it’s not stable for actual workouts ... show more
