My first time ordering them from Amazon. It’s a product I need for my hearing aids. Never had an issue with them.

    • Do not fit my Phonak hearing aids
the product claims that it fits Phonak hearing aids, and that the wax guards are 1mm. These fit really loose. the fit was not tight enough to hold the hearing aid in place when I extracted the applicator. I had to pry them off of the applicator with my fingernail. I went ahead and used them, but as stated above, they were hard to apply to the hearing aids, and I was always worried that one of the guards would fall out in my ear. I contacted both the hearing aid company Phonak) and the manufacturer of the guards, and neither could confirm what size (in mm) my hearing aid took. The most disturbing, was the terrible customer service I got from Phonak. Even after providing them with the model and serial numbers of my hearing aids, they said they did not have access to the information to provide me with the correct wax guard size. I reached out my Audiologist, who after a runaround, was finally told that the guards were "a little bigger than 1mm. I have just found another supplier here on Amazon, that is promoting Phonak wax guards, and states that they are 1.2mm. I have ordered them, but have not tried or received them yet. ... show more

I found a couple of missing filters in the bottom of the case so had to reattach them to the plastic tool.
