They look great and fit great but the hearing aids worked at different frequencies and didn't didn't matter what I did they sounds metallic and spacey not at all like my older hiring aids

The material is lightweight and glossy, while looking much more high tech and modern than typical hearing aids. They are very reminiscent of standard Bluetooth earbuds, both in design and function (Though this is not a Bluetooth Device). The sleek black coloring is nice, and the dark color prevents the materials from ever appearing dirty. The case is especially helpful, displaying charge levels with clear information. The added earbud domes were welcome, allowing swapping for a more custom fit personalized to me. The audio itself functions well, working right out of the box and functioning as advertised. Operation did take some getting used to, but the instructions alleviated that. The amplification worked best on voices, and amplified them with little choppiness or loss in understandability. The pricing is also very competitive. For those on a budget, this is a solid alternative pick to traditional Hearing Aid options.

While this may have been a good hearing aid with all of it's features and specs, it had serious drawbacks for me. I could NOT fit them into my ears the proper way in which the instructions showed. They were too large. Unfortunately, putting them in the right way caused too much whistling and howling and I could not find an included cap that would stop the noise. Perhaps better QUALITY caps might have worked better at stopping the noise. Wearing them upside down, I was kind of jammeing them in to fit, but they made almost no howling that way. But I could not raise the volume any higher than it's lowest setting without a ton of noise. Even with minimal noise, the left hearing aid would make an annoying click sound every time that I moved my head (like the unit had something loose in it). So because of the price, bad fit, noise, & clicking problem .... I am returning them.

Excellent quality and very discreet. The sound is clear, they fit well in the ear, and the noise cancellation really helps with everyday conversations. The battery lasts a long time, and the charging case is very practical. They are easy to use and comfortable even after several hours. A great option for older adults. Highly recommended.
